I have never had a bowl of ramen where everything was perfect. Broth was rich and full of flavor. eggs were creamy and perfect. meat was soft. noodles were amazing. Tonkotsu ramen is highly recommended.

Ramen used to be good here. The quality ismnotbas good as used to be. Less meat and goodies and broth was tasteless.

I got barely any broth for my ramen. I felt like I paid for an expensive bowl of noodles and barely any broth.
Pretty good food, exelent option

I got the miso ramen and it was disappointing. It had no flavor the meat tasted like it was over cooked and literally everything about it wasn’t good. This is not my first time getting the miso ramen it was so different. i’m just disappointed

It was good but not great. We ordered online for pick up. Food was done and hot when we got there 20 minutes after ordering. I had the black garlic with medium spice and my wife got miso with maximum spice. Both our noodles were a little tough but that can be attributed to getting take out. Neither of ours were spicy though. The black garlic wasn’t the typical black garlic ramen and had about a dozen whole cloves rather than chopped garlic so the flavor wasn’t imparted into the broth well. I would probably stick with the tonkotsu next time.
We also had the rangoons and karage chicken. I was surprised with how much chicken we got for the price and it was very good. The rangoons were also very good.

Criminally good ramen. Better then some of the best ramen places in SF, which is usually where you have to go to get good ramen. Also sadly, REALLY good Hawaiian BBQ. Puts the local chains to shame. Some of the best in the easy bay.
Parking: Downtown Concord has free lots, free street parking, and paid. TONS of options.

Unfortunately everything was bland and not much flavor. I would give this place another chance because the staff was so friendly.

Unfortunately it was a rather bland ramen experience. We got these to take away but the noodle were rather firm (even after putting the hot broth on top for a few minutes) and the broth itself was bland as well.

My advice to patrons: try to find a location with an actual Japanese cook. The food literally arrived to my table less than 2 min after I walked away from the ordering station. Rice and veggies were steaming hot, yet the meat was room temp and tasted like leftovers from two days ago. I told the counter clerk, and the order was remade - the difference was stark, but still lacking gusto. I will not likely eat at this location ever again. I already avoid eating out locally, and this is why - mediocre products and services are the standard.

This is our GOTO spot for mouth-watering Ramen. I prefer the Seafood Ramen, medium spicy. Wife likes the Tonkatsu Ramen, mild spicy Crab Rangoon is good as well. Easy on the wallet too, plus fast service. Enjoy!
