I have never had a bowl of ramen where everything was perfect. Broth was rich and full of flavor. eggs were creamy and perfect. meat was soft. noodles were amazing. Tonkotsu ramen is highly recommended.
It was good but not great. We ordered online for pick up. Food was done and hot when we got there 20 minutes after ordering. I had the black garlic with medium spice and my wife got miso with maximum spice. Both our noodles were a little tough but that can be attributed to getting take out. Neither of ours were spicy though. The black garlic wasn’t the typical black garlic ramen and had about a dozen whole cloves rather than chopped garlic so the flavor wasn’t imparted into...
Criminally good ramen. Better then some of the best ramen places in SF, which is usually where you have to go to get good ramen. Also sadly, REALLY good Hawaiian BBQ. Puts the local chains to shame. Some of the best in the easy bay.
