Good, I am sad to hear that they have changed the mud pie/slide to a mud puddle dessert they already messed up on my favorite shrimp dish and removed it 😢

I wish I could tell you how the food was. But we waited 20 mins for our server that said they would be back and never came. But had time to go to other tables and talk with her boyfriend at the bar.

We ended up leaving because it was getting late.

I want to thank Red Robin General Manager Justyn Stradford for accommodating our large group for a ā€œCelebration of Lifeā€ luncheon. Mr. Stanford made sure our group sat together and we had everything we needed. Our server, named ā€œAngelā€ work hard to make sure our food and drink was served quickly. We all appreciated her hard work to serve us.

They need more workers in there. Our server was nice but she had a lot going on, so not the best service. But it’s not her fault. Also, ordered the JalapeƱo Heatwave burger, they smear the tiniest bit of avocado on the top bun, just not as pictured what so ever. Good fries though. Edit: I actually don’t think they even added avacado, just the green sauce on the top bun. It’s Okay, I will give them grace. Thank you.

This place has lots of personality. The food is good, and staff worked exceptionally hard, but there was obviously a major miscommunication between the person who booked our group and onsite management. We were a large group ~40 and it seemed like only one person was helping us.
I imagine a regular group of 2-6 would be no problem.

I love Red Robin’s menu, but to say the staff tonight had a horrible attitude would be generous. We sat in the bar for 20 minutes without whomever was the waiter/waitress asking us for our order. When we tried to flag down who we thought was the waitress she nearly scolded us for asking. Apparently they were doing us some big favor by my wife and I showing up in the first place. We walked out.

Wonderful service at the Concord RR. They went above and beyond to help my son & I. Even refilled my soda when I asked to take mine to go. Everything is so expensive these days. It was so nice to enjoy a good meal & kind people. D

The restaurant is disgustingly dirty from the restrooms to the nasty high chairs that look like they haven’t been cleaned in years . To the changing table in the restroom that looks like it’s going to break at any moment . I had to use it to change my grandbabys diaper .
The floor is greasy and dirty especially by the restrooms it needs a deep clean and the employees are so busy talking they forget to check on their tables and refill drinks etc.
We usually go to the Brentwood Red Robin and it’s nice and clean and great service. The owner of the concord Red Robin shoild be fired and closed by the health department the way the sewage smells by the front door and how gross the restrooms are this restaurant needs a deep cleaning and a visit from the health department. Asap

Service was poor, the server was able to get our order right, so we thought we had a good start, but past that, when our food came, there was no silverware besides the knife sticking out of our burgers. 2 of us had to ask for forks for our bottomless salads, the whole table had to ask for napkins, and when I tried to order a second round of salad of the bottomless salad that came with my meal, it never came. One of us ordered a desert and the icecream on the side came with freezer burn. Then no one came by to check on us as we were sitting there for half an hour waiting for the check. Only after asking for the check by getting up and finding a busser did they tell us to use the screen on the table to pay.

Really good food the tornado shrimp is amazing, the staff is super nice and takes care of everything, they reminded us that the fries were bottom less and brought more out, decently worth the price, also a big thank you to Angel working there as she continually made our day, and continued to check up on us.
