Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Walked in and got seated really quick. Took about 15 mins before asking the guy at the front to find us our server, (though our server did pass us three times).
We watched as he cleaned tables for the next group that came in after us and proceed to get their drinks and orders ready and disappeared again.
After which the manager came to take our order stating they are short staffed which can be understandable or bad management practices which isn't my department.
Though it does seem like everybody was already done eating or their orders were already taken in our section.
Next time I won't ask for my server and just take my business elsewhere if they are not interested. Maybe I just blended into the table cause I am wearing a bright red sweater lol. Plenty of other new places to eat in Sunvalley Mall but I always enjoyed their food.

Sat our party of 6 in the back, kitchen was eight there!
The server had a hard time keeping up, but she was new. But we could see right into the kitchen, and it looked like they were dealing with a flood as water was everywhere!

Good enough, at the end of the day it's fast food / chain food, everything is frozen. Food is good, good customer service, bottomless fried? Yes please. Their seasoning is outstanding. You can't go wrong. Good options again, for a chain restaurant.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner on a Thursday night. Nobody was there to seat us after waiting for a few minutes, so we sat in the bar area at a table. A family came in shortly after us with their family and a small child that clearly didn't want to be there and was having behavioral issues. After hearing the child scream randomly a few times, I couldn't deal with it and asked to be moved (the family should NOT have been in the bar area, but nobody told them to leave... ugh).

We were then sat in another area between two other families with loud children (including one that was peering over my seat drooling... no parenting whatsoever from the parents, who obviously didn't care). So we asked to move AGAIN. Mind you, there were PLENTY of other seats available AWAY from families with loud, unruly children. I was already irritated enough at that point that we just left. The staff obviously didn't care about their customers.

Also, the last time we were here, service was EXTREMELY slow and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Not sure what was going on, but the waitress never even came back to check on us or give us the check, so we just used the electronic check-out tablet on the table.

Please teach your employees some common sense and seat couples or people without kids AWAY from families with loud, screaming, germ-ridden children with parents that clearly shouldn't being having kids. Nobody wants to deal with that. And don't let people with loud kids sit in the bar area. They shouldn't be there and people there drinking and watching sports/TV don't want to deal with it. That area should be adults-only. I will not be back.

I haven't been to Red Robin in many years and I used to love the food. Tonight I took my grandson out to dinner and the food was horrible. The teriyaki chicken sandwich used to be so big I could hardly fit my mouth around it...get your mind out of the gutter! Anyway, needless to say I won't be going back. The only good thing I have to say is the waitress was very nice and attentive.

Been wanting to go back here for so so so long... fond memories of real frys, burgers and bomb margaritas.... but deff a let down, it was hot inside, service was shody, coulda walked across the parking lot and got a better burger at burger king...margarita was dog shiittee I shoulda just gone to BJs... I'll try again mayby next year it be the red Robin's YUM I remember

Ambiance and service were top notch. However, the food was dripping with oil and tasted pretty average. We ordered a special Jalapeno Love Sandwich with bottomless fries (unlimited) and fried Brussel Sprouts. Both were bit greasy and kinda salty!

River/ the bartender was Great!! High fives to him!! The rest of the staff…. Stop hiring your friends!! Even the managers sucked! NO HUSTLE!! Slowest staff I’ve ever seen LAZY!! If it wasn’t for River ( the bartender) I’d never go back! Given him a raise and clean house!!

Waitress was MIA after she took our orders. Buss boy brought us our food. Our salads were very sad, droopy and yuck.
I was so disappointed. My fish was old and dry. I tipped the bus boy $5. Hope it was just an off night.
