They gave us old wings

We went to round table Monday evening 12/15/2025. We bought XL combination pizza and 20 hot wings, total was $76.80 we charged debit card, cashier said card not working we show them it all ready charged on my bank app, they said it just pending it will go away we paid cash money, manager said if shows charged ur bank tomorrow we will refund u money. We went 2 times round table talk to them. They said call bank and dispute the transaction. We called bank they said go talk to them. We went to round table pizza today’s 12/18/2025 owner was there he didn’t return my money he said call bank I told him it showed u guy withdraw money from my account, he said any one can use ur card at 711. he said u need to call bank dispute the transaction. We going back and forth problem not solved, seems like we lost money, I just want let all round table lovers know don’t use ur debit card at round table pizza port Chicago concord ca, I am very disappointed we paid twice they charged my debit and take cash money also. owner didn’t solved the problem. I showed owner charged at my bank app and showed him cash receipt which we paid no help to solve

Placed a delivery order. Food was fantastic otherwise the service! I was told my order was provided with a two liter soda since I ordered the combo meal. Upon delivery I was told it didn’t come with said order as it was posted on the website. Driver repeatedly argued with me as my order was delivered about my drink. Will not order again. Will be letting all my family and friends know about the poor service!

I called to order a pizza sat may 3 rd at 6 pm and got put on hold for 15 minutes then they hung up so I called again and was put on hold again so I hung up and ordered pizza somewhere else. I will never order or call this place again and I will tell my pizza eating friends to do the same .

I just wanted to pop in and say that the service here is great! I don't know if it's the owner or just an employee but there's a gentleman here who is always super friendly! I look forward to seeing him every time.

I've been trying to get in contact with this Branch's manager/owner for some days now. Today they told me he would be in store in morning. I stop by and he's not there. They said they'd call me when he gets there. Some hours went by and I call again, they tell me he left 10 minutes ago. Communication is poor here.

I usually get delivery. I have been very happy with every item I have ordered, the pizza has always been cooked very well & delicious. They usually deliver sooner than they say on the phone. And the drivers are always very cordial & friendly. Thanks, Roundtable!!

My experience was very bad...I was given a pizza that was not freshly cooked... once I got home and begin to eat some of the pizza..it was very cold and tasted like it was microwaved.. I believe it was a pizza that was not picked up ..I believe it was done by the person that took my phone order.. that person and I had a disagreement on the price I was given for my order... the food that I was given was not good at all....

Round Table Pizza is my favorite place to get pizza/But not this one....

Our planned meeting location fell through, so we moved and had our 6 person meeting after sliding a couple of tables together. They were extremely accommodating!!!!
