Round Table Pizza

Our order was taking a bit long so I called. Jesus went above and beyond and remade and personally delivered fresh steamy pizzas. He sincerely apologized. That’s some ritz Carlton level service. Will definitely order from this location again. Give Jesus a raise ;)

I ordered a personal chicken garlic pizza from this location, I order my pizza THE EXACT SAME WAY all the time extra red onions and extra green onions, and I have NEVER had my pizza look like this. The onions are always cooked with the pizza not piled on top like this, after it’s baked. Also chicken garlic pizza is with white sauce and I red. Trying to get a refund or spread to someone that was willing to help was non existent. Will not order from this location again!!!!

I want to give a glowing commendation for Sierra at the Ygnacio Valley location. My pizza was originally made wrong and when I came in for my replacement it didnt look like what i expected. I asked and it was explained and was technically correct. Sierra asked if I wanted it remade and said i could keep the 2nd pizza. I declined initially due to the fact that it was made correcrly, just not how i expected and I didn't want to put them through making another pizza. She, however, said she would remake it as i was expecting and that she would make it herself.

Sierra was extremely professional yet friendly, and did everything to make the interraction pleasant and make up for the initial mistake. She was extremely warm and I appreciate the service she provided. She was amazing.

Been picking up a Garden Delight Veggie pizza here for past couple years on a regular basis, consistently great pizza! Like this one a little better than Skips and Rocko's which are great as well.

Had the best experience with this Round Table ever! (Sorry for long review)My in-laws always order their pizza for pickup here and never had a problem in the past so we decided to see if we could host our baby’s first birthday here.Today we held our baby’s first birthday party here at their location and it went beyond perfect. It was our first, first birthday to prepare and host and the management here made it super easy and they were so flexible. They do not have a private room but when we visited in person months ago they showed us the back space and said we could reserve it for our party of approx 15 which was perfect for us. Just gave them our name and number, we followed up with them a couple weeks prior to confirm and everything was still reserved and good to go. They did not need our orders until day of, or if we wanted we could have put it in ahead of time but we decided to put the order in when we arrived for the party.Today came around, my husband and I come in an hour early to setup everything. When we came in the manager (I think his name is Rugeet, I’m so sorry if this is incorrect or misspelled!) immediately recognized us and nicely signaled for us to go ahead to the reserved area (there was a line of customers ahead of us). He did not mind what decorations we brought, we had called ahead a few weeks ago to make sure and he was fine with balloons etc. (they were so flexible!) we just made sure to not bring anything that required nails etc. It took us a bit to get things set up and during that time the manager asked us a couple times if we needed help! So nice of him, we said no we’re ok but thank you so much (because we didn’t want to take him away from other matters he may have had). It was so nice he had asked regardless.We put in the food order once decorating was done, they had it out in 20 min or less! We put in an order for 3 large pizzas and 3 12 piece chicken wing appetizers. They were so fast and it was perfect because guests started to show up! So they were served with warm yummy food!Management and the team did not interfere or anything during this event. They allowed us to enjoy our wonderful afternoon. We were there for about 2 hours in total, once the party ended we cleaned up after ourselves and management said not to worry about the table setup etc afterwards and that they will handle it. They just made this experience the easiest as possible and I am forever thankful!Let me tell you, this team is so professional, kind and made us feel so welcome there, the food was delicious and went out quick, the party planning was so easy and smooth. We just had an overall great experience here, thank you so much Round Table! We had the best time!Side note: I apologize for my grammar, I’m submitting this while exhausted after having a wonderful and successful event there. They deserve all the credit!

This particular Round Table on Ygnacio Valley Rd in Concord,Ca is the best in this part of the valley! The crust is perfect, not over-done, and looks beautiful when presented to the table. The guys who run this shop are friendly and kind! Had a wonderful experience here!

I ordered an extra large vegetarian add pepperoni I was asked the regular, I took that to mean the red sauce veggie, but after waiting, I looked at the receipt and saw I paid for a Gourmet Veggie, so I ordered another, the correct one, I told them that's the one I wanted, so sfter paying for 2 extra larges, I get home and the Guinevere's Garden seems to be spicy, hot sauce or jalapeños. I have never had the the Guineveres Garden that was spicy, this place seems to have a pattern of bad service, judging by the previous comments, I will not return to this location, never had issues with other Round Table Concord locations over the many years I have been to them.

Round table is the best pizza around, it is just very expensive and the pizzas are a lot smaller than they use to be. I was shocked at how small the large pizzas are now. It is that way everywhere and it's ridiculous that we cannot do a thing about it...

Called to get a refund and I said I’ll bring in the nasty chicken wings and burnt pizza they delivered to me and they still said they’d refuse to refund me.Plus they used door dash to deliver which I find rude, if I wanted cold pizza I would have just used door dash. It would have been easier to get a refund.They said they’d make me another pizza, but that’s the last thing I want from them. Never gave me my receipt either. I did a mock order on their website and it turns out they did steal money from me. Tried to contact the BBB for this location but they don’t have record of them. I guess I’ll be dealing with my bank.If I have all the food to return to you I don’t understand why they’d refuse. It’s beyond rude and I won’t ever have a problem not eating there again. Whoever the new owners are, they are disgraceful and need to be better at customer service and making chicken wings/pizza.

The most basic Roundtable. This was the first time I ate in. Very basic and small. Only has 3 beers on tap and no wine. Salad bar wasn't very good but ok. 3 games in back for the kids and they are those stupid arm catching a stuffed animal ones. All in all the Clubhouse one off Treat is WAY BETTER all around. I'll just order delivery next time.
