Round Table Pizza

Placed an order for delivery. Never arrived. Called store, they hung up on me. Called back, they said it was till in the oven, after I received a notification saying it was picked up. Cancelled. Will never use this store again.

On 10/31/25 I ordered online 2 XL pizzas, 1 large pizza, 1 medium pizza, 12 wings & 6 twists which should include 4 ranch dressings. 90 mins later I received my order which was missing an entire pizza and here was no ranch dressing. They didn't include any packets of crushed red peppers. When I called the Door dash driver he said he delivered all he was given. Called Round Table and was told they were too busy to cook and bring the pizza unless I wanted to wait at least 2 hours. It then took 10 mins and every ounce of patience and restraint I possessed to give the person my credit card information for a refund for the one pizza not delivered. No offer of anything

I dropped my son off at this location to celebrate a birthday, giving him money to buy food and drinks for his friends. What should have been a fun, safe experience turned into a nightmare. An older kid came in and attacked my son…on camera. I went in and spoke with staff, expecting them to take it seriously. Not only did they fail to follow up or offer any support, but I’ve since received a video from another child showing staff standing by, doing nothing to stop the attack.

It’s heartbreaking and infuriating that this is where my son wanted to celebrate, believing it was a safe space. The complete lack of action, accountability, or even basic communication from the staff after such a serious incident is unacceptable. Whether they felt it was out of their hands or not, ignoring a parent’s concern and offering no clarity is inexcusable.

People should know what really happens here. This is not a family-friendly place—it’s a location where kids can walk in to fight and no one steps in to stop it. We won’t be back, and I hope other families reconsider before trusting this place with their children.

The pizza here is good, IF they get your order right. Ordered a pizza and only got 2/3 off the toppings requested and got bacon and ham instead of chicken & BBQ chicken!

Our order was taking a bit long so I called. Jesus went above and beyond and remade and personally delivered fresh steamy pizzas. He sincerely apologized. That’s some ritz Carlton level service. Will definitely order from this location again. Give Jesus a raise ;)

I ordered a personal chicken garlic pizza from this location, I order my pizza THE EXACT SAME WAY all the time extra red onions and extra green onions, and I have NEVER had my pizza look like this. The onions are always cooked with the pizza not piled on top like this, after it’s baked. Also chicken garlic pizza is with white sauce and I red. Trying to get a refund or spread to someone that was willing to help was non existent. Will not order from this location again!!!!

I want to give a glowing commendation for Sierra at the Ygnacio Valley location. My pizza was originally made wrong and when I came in for my replacement it didnt look like what i expected. I asked and it was explained and was technically correct. Sierra asked if I wanted it remade and said i could keep the 2nd pizza. I declined initially due to the fact that it was made correcrly, just not how i expected and I didn't want to put them through making another pizza. She, however, said she would remake it as i was expecting and that she would make it herself.

Sierra was extremely professional yet friendly, and did everything to make the interraction pleasant and make up for the initial mistake. She was extremely warm and I appreciate the service she provided. She was amazing.
