most of them i like a couple of them have bad customer service and i wont go back to those ,some of them with heavy traffic of on line shopper employees rude and in the way of shopping, looking for other stores to shop in that area
We go to this Safeway a lot and usually the customer service is hit or miss. Mostly sales associates are great but today was different. The sales clerk was so hard focused on his conversation with a clerk that was bagging our groceries. The clerk bagging our groceries acknowledged us hence the 3 stars. I don't even know how much I spent on groceries because like I said his conversation was very important than the customer in front of him but yet acknowledge the customer behind...read full review
A very strange Safeway location! Always seems shady due to its proximity to downtown and homelessness problems. The parking lot is a sight of strange people. Strong presence of private security folks after dark, never felt safe visiting in the nights. Overall the staff and its grocery listings are good.
