Favorite hot pot place in the East Bay. Good variety of meat choices and broths. Tons of vegetable, seafood and noodle add-ons. Also love the sauce building variants. Lunch is a steal at $20 per person. The music can get loud sometimes.

Our family recently visited this hot pot buffet, and it absolutely delivered! Despite the sweltering weather outside, the cool and comfortable indoor setting made for a pleasant dining experience, thanks to strong AC.

The highlight, of course, was the food — fresh, flavorful, and impressively diverse. The selection of ingredients for the hot pot was extensive, allowing each of us to craft a customized and satisfying meal.

My recent visit was my first and it certainly didn't disappoint. This culinary experience is located at the heart of a busy plaza in Concord where many outdoor events and experiences are celebrated periodically. Shabuya is one addition to the rest of the vibrant food venues located throughout this area and left my niece and I fully satisfied and wanting to come back in the future.
