Side Gate Brewery & Beer Garden

Honestly, they had an Amber on tap that was delicious and for that reason alone, they get 5 stars. Side Gate hosts awesome musicians and has a great patio. Plus, you can bring your own snacks or order from the food truck.

Best Brewery in the Bay Area, hands down! Family owned and operated, beer is amazingly brewed. Must hit everytime i’m in the area.

I had a flight of their beers. While everything tasted alright, I think I might have missed out on their best sellers. The additional seating upstairs is a nice touch, and they have a lot of board games available for customers to play. It’s a really family and pet-friendly place to hang out, which is great.

16 taps with an excellent variety of tasty beers, seltzers and ciders to wet your whistle. Incredible friendly and knowledgeable bar staff that go out of their way on a consistent basis to keep your mugs filled and make you feel like a welcome guest. (Can’t say that for many places nowadays). So big Kudos to the staff! Excellent selection of indoor, outdoor and bar seating. They offer a nice variety of weekly events including trivia on Wednesdays which brings in a decent crowd. Kid and dog friendly, and there’s usually a food truck outside if you’re in need of a convenient bite to eat. (Food vendors have been subpar on the quality and value aspect from my experience, but there are also many other local food options within short walking distance). And to top it off, they have 3 – yes 3! — restrooms, so you will never have to do the PeePee dance for too long at this establishment. That alone will keep this very satisfied customer coming back on the regular.

The place is awesome can’t recommend this place more. Mike has great recommendations and then beers are always good too.

Excellent Beer, Good Music, and Dog Friendly. They do not serve food here but often have a food truck. You can also bring your own food or have food delivered. The courtyard is shady and breezy. Perfect for warm afternoons.

Fun spot to grab drinks after work! ?

Rude staff they had a event at 4 pm I was there, 330 closed already. I felt it rude and unfriendly how she answered.

The staff was really nice, good selection of beer, it's nice and bright and the bathrooms were clean... Always a plus... They have games that you can play and a different food vendor outside... La Matrix Pizza was DELICIOUS!!!
