If I could put down negative 10 stars I would! I brought my husband here because I love their veggie sandwich & I knew he would love this place too. However, he ordered the Ruben and basically got a mustard and sauerkraut sandwich. Barely ANY pastrami! He went up to show them and they said "we put 2 ounces of pastrami on the 4"". And that was that. We will never come here again! The sandwich was a joke: NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ON THEIR WALL (see pic below).

Annoyingly loud music and super expensive sandwiches. Service is never great. I come here because the sandwich options are not great.

Sourdough & Co. is a hidden gem! Despite the negative reviews I decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did! The location is clean and the staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking around the area so that is not a problem. Now let me start by highlighting the quality of the ingredients. The bread is freshly baked and it is absolutely delicious! I've come here several times now and the quality and consistency never disappoint! I can order something and be out of there fast if I'm on a time crunch. Every sandwich we have ordered here has been delicious! I usually get a Turkey sandwich with the standard, jalapeños, pickles and pepperoncini. The sourdough bread it comes with is light, and fresh. My husband has tried to pastrami and he loved it. Every time I want a sandwich this is my go to place now!

Well we went in this morning ordered 2 sandwiches to go, terrible to say the least. My husbands sandwich tasted as if the meat was old he said it had a metallic flavor and he rarely complains so I was surprised. My sub i ordered with all the veggies and and it had barely anything on it even meat it was upsetting because I was looking forward to it all week. Anyway for $31 dollars I would expect for them to put a little more effort in are food. I write this in hopes that they can make the experience better for the next person and correct there ways.

This place was good in the beginning when it first opened, but recently the quality has gone down. I got a garlic pesto sandwich and there was barely any pesto sauce in it and the bread tasted old . You guys gotta pick up the slack and do better.

Very disappointed to get a bowl of soup microwaved and served without bread (they had none and had to wait for it to be made) - on asking if the bread comes with the soup I was given no response and asked did you order it ? - save your bread. The soup was light and had hardly any pieces of chicken as well. Not recommended and will not stop by again.

So the rating of this S&Co. is not great, but honestly I've gotten takeaway twice and they've both been great. Bread is fantastic, which I would hope for given the eponymous product. I really don't think the S&Co. of today doesn't deserve the rating of the grand opening iteration.

Just ordered a tuna sub, which I'd ordered at the same location before, everything fine, but this was a bad experience. I came in late afternoon, one other customer in the place. Ordered a toasted sub and got cold instead. Tuna under seasoned, big dry chunks in the mix. Looked at the receipt, said HOT so they'd just ignored the instruction. To be fair, I've gotten decent subs here before. Now I know it's hit or miss. But man, do I miss Capriotti's.

Foos is always delicious, the staff is pretty fast my order was done within 5 minutes, cashier was very friendly and helped me through the menu, the store overall was very clean and welcoming.

I love Sourdough & Co in Walnut Creek. Unfortunately, the Concord store is poorly managed. I ordered online and had a 12:05pm pickup. The order was finally ready 20 minutes late. The bag was taped shut with the receipt taped to the bag. After arriving to my office I found the sandwiches had much less meat than the same items we had ordered from the Walnut Creek location. And the soup we had ordered was missing. We called about the missing items and spoke to the manager who explained that they had run out of the soup. Of course they still charged me and didn't bother mentioning it at pickup. The Manager was unapologetic and said that she was unable to credit me for the missing items unless I drive to the store in request it in person.

I have wanted to try this place for a while. $18 and change for a regular sandwich that was not worth it.

First time trying this place and loved it! Got the Caprese sandwich, melted and it was absolutely delicious. I will be back! Only negative was that I ordered online and was waiting for a text update to tell me it was ready and that text never came. Order was sitting ready when I went to pick it up at the expected time so that's great, but a text would have been nice so I could pick it up earlier. Can't wait to try more at this restaurant!

Sandwiches were very tasty and the bread is great. Good for a quick meal, and the design inside the restaurant is great.Only drawback is the prices are a bit high for the size of sandwich
