I was there the other day, and the employees are completely unprofessional. I was with my friend and the older woman with with glasses/short hair was speaking to a co-worker in Spanish. They were talking about a customer in-front of us; wondering of she was sweet or spicy?? WTH!! This is a family environment AND my order was wrong. FOCUS!!!

I am not sure what happened to this place but it used to be good in service and food quality. They have got sloppy and don't pay attention to detail or customers request. Which is bad for them. This is the second time they got my order wrong and their customer service is very unpleasant. They have rude people working there specifically the girls at the cashier one of them her name is Marce. They are in the rush to take your order and then assumed you are done and closed the order when you ask to either add something or removed an item they get so annoyed roll their eyes or huff and puff. Like really? If you don't want to work here just simply don't. The customers are giving you your hours of pay. Be polite and give the customers their orders like they are supposed to be made. It's not rocket science you have the sign in your face to see what each dessert brings. Management need to put these people on check. I ordered a tostilocos completely wrong so much freaking sauce when I asked not a lot of hot sauce or chamoy there was no chamoy and it was soaking wet of hot sauce. I asked for fruit salad nothing on it and they give it to me with tajin. I asked for a fruit yogurt and the certain fruit I wanted the girl was giving me the run around that I couldn't get that fruit that I had to get it the way it comes. Really? I've done it before very ridiculous I can't choose what fruits I wanted and when I told her she rolled her eyes. On top of everything that employee marce takes money with the latex gloves and doesn't change them and starts chopping fruits, really?
