I was refuse service at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon because they were “closed” There was two men in front of me who had ordered but I guess the lady didn’t want to serve me?

I preordered for pickup but when we arrived 10-12 minutes after our orders wasn't ready. Should have known to always doublecheck the store's ratings first!!!

They kinda took to long compared to other Starbucks . They had a different system of taking a bunch of orders and then getting them served faster than mine
Kid-friendliness: I order drink in decaf or something that doesn't contain a bunch of sugar for my kid. They have kids hot coco and cake pops also

Yay. Got a iced pumpkin spice coffee and it was delicious. Everyone loved their drinks!
