Really slow at this location. They constantly hire new people who just don’t understand their jobs, wrong drinks, taste is horrible, they treat “breve” like a syrup and add it to the milk. They hand me hot drinks with no sleeves. I was handed a drink with out the lid completely on and it popped open and spilled in my car all over my seat. They REALLY need to hire people who have worked coffee before or send someone over from another shop to get it in order. I honestly go here often but I’m over it now. Literally a Starbucks in park n shop.

This place is taking forever . it always 30 minute wait just to get your order. whoever is managing this starbucks does not know how to handle staff. its either theyre understaffed or the baristas are just ridiculously Slow as Heck. And they still ask for tips HAHAHA

Some people just have bad way off associate customers & bathrooms where very dirty employees don't have time to clean anything k come here 3 times week I was not happy with his customers service if he didn't want to work then stay home please don't make others people day bad

I just want to take a moment to recognize Bri. Every time I walk in, she treats me with genuine care and respect. No matter what I order, she puts real attention into it, and it always comes out perfect .

The whole team is wonderful, but Bri stands out because she consistently shows kindness, professionalism, and calm patience. People like her make a difference in someone’s day, and I really appreciate her for that.

Its really unfair, you woke up early and when you get to the shop, Starbucks crew/staff is buying all hello kitty tumbler and mug, even the barista cups.. much better dont release it just gave to the employee lol..here in monument concord employee bought everything.

This Starbucks is fairly, but it’s already showing major issues with staffing. The employees inside seem to handle walk-in customers just fine, but the drive-through is a nightmare. It’s like they completely forget about the people waiting outside. You’ll see customers walk in, get their drinks, and leave within three minutes — meanwhile, I’m still sitting in the same spot in the drive-through line. There are usually five or six cars waiting with no movement, and I’ve even seen people drive off out of frustration. Really disappointing, especially for a new location that should be trying to make a good impression.

Customers service is extremely bad. The location not safe enough safe. Anytime you go to use the restroom if you forget the pin you have to buy something more than $5 to get the restroom pin again. Never go this place again.
