Girl with the glasses looks asian might be from the Philippines I’m not sure working at the food station today 8/31/24 @10:05 a.m should be fired! My bagel came out burnt you can’t even bite into it. I took it to her and asked nicely and respectfully if I could have another one cuz I couldn’t even bite into. She just turned away from me and said “oh so you wanted it less toasted?” ??♀️ umm I wanted it the right way like how every other Starbucks store makes it? I waited and went it was done she just threw my food on the counter. Customer service at its worst! Will be making a report to corporate and I’m never coming back to this location again.

Today, Friday, a friend and I went to get 2 regular coffees and they only gave us water with milk? the problem is that when we got home we realized, it's not fair that they don't pay attention to their work, how brave it is that we wanted to enjoy a coffee and They come out with this? bad service.
