I mean… they must have filled my entire cup with whipped cream that I didn’t ask for because it was only half full before I even had my first sip. Pretty ridiculous to pay $7 for a small drink that is half full.

7am order 11/15/25. Went in to pick up my to go order & I was standing at the pickup counter waiting for breakfast sandwiches.

My name was announced and the worker approached me with my sandwiches, said my name, I had my hands fully extended to grab them he looked me in the eye and dropped them from at least 1 ft in the air onto the counter and completely disregarded me reaching out to him. He then turned around and said nothing else. So not only did he not pass them directly to me as Im standing there reaching out, he literally dropped them in front of my face from way too high up in the air. When I looked at the sandwiches they were completely misplaced and looked like they were thrown into the package. Unacceptable behavior and work ethic.

This guy needs some serious help if he wants to be in the service industry, he will ruin your reputation. Do better, be kind. Please, thank you, your welcome, have a nice day go a long way.

NEVER QUICK, we try ordering ahead on the app, we’ve tried just going in and it doesn’t matter… slow and inconsistent. I’ve never, NEVER had to wait over 20 min for 2 items in any store despite how busy they are. I’ve tried this place over 5times and EVERY time it’s slow.

’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks. I usually come here for my drinks and have never had an issue before, but my order was completely wrong. When I brought it up, the baristas did help, but you could clearly see the irritation on their faces. It felt like they didn’t care about customer service at all. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to be treated with respect and get the orders they paid for.

No matter how crazy the morning rush gets, the team at this location keep their cool and get it done! Mary rocks her setup no matter where she is, and the entire team remains as sweet as their pastries when people act like bitter shots. I could hit a drive thru, but then I wouldn't get the personable touch they throw in with every visitor. This location rocks!

This is the best coffee that I try for Starbucks is fresh and hot all the time and the stuff is amazing sings you get in you feel welcome and you can tell they’re happy working, they can be the perfect example for other Starbucks..We love this place..

Terrible service. Very rude barista acts like her job is extremely hard. I tried to call asking for the name of the rude girl just so people are aware and can avoid her. Someone answered the phone to the coffee shop and said her name is “David”. She is short with dark hair. Please take action remind your staff of professionalism.

this specific starbucks is a major utility to me in many ways, as i find myself homeless for once and in need of charging phone and bargaining my right to keep in tide with ones that be .
there we have chess wednesdays and sundays, and much opportunity to offer friendship.
it's like cheers without the cheers..
a simple mans coffee shop, that tends to the atmosphere with a smile that states loud and clear 'howdy y'all, from country to post, why have it y'all, coffee in need for plead!'.
the atmospheric is cordial, without ruccuss, in the main..
the management is without agendad, and
keeps clear of hearsay way..
the general workmanship is on par to sacs & fifth.
they work with all, inclusive in relation to the homeless community, if there is workability...
see, being homeless, does not mean free drinks for all and we do our best to pay for drink and keep good tidings in relation to site at bay.
try and be cognizant of fact that at times newly hired ones are in touch with the aptitudeness of the culture in relation to clayton and concord life at the most minimum, prior to permanent hireship.
and continue doing your honor in a dignified manner as you all do!

The staff at this location was so friendly and so nice to me I wish I live locally so they could be my Starbucks.

My local Starbucks made my drink incorrectly and unfortunately I was commuting to work. After calling my local Starbucks who made the coffee originally they were little rude to me on the phone so I decided to stop in at this location to ask if they could remake it for me.

The staff told me no problem and made me a great coffee. I really appreciate their kindness because I felt really embarrassed asking them to remake a coffee that they had never even made for me in the first place. But after my negative interaction with my own local Starbucks I did not feel comfortable going back to them.

So thank you to this team for being so kind and so nice to me you guys are amazing and I appreciate you.

Stop prioritizing online drinks when you have people staring at you for 10 to 15 minutes. No sense of urgency when busy and everyone's laughing and giggling as if they're there to hang out. You guys should find a way to prioritize those that are standing in front of you versus those that are ordering on the app. Just move to this part of town and this is the worst Starbucks. I've ever been to wait times are twice as long as they should be

There’s a female barista with dark hair and wears glasses is incredibly ill mannered and unprofessional. I asked for a little more whole milk in my iced coffee because it tasted too strong and she refused to give it. Plus her demeanor and the way she speaks to customers and even other baristas is so rude. People like her should not work in customer service.

I have been to this location 3 different times over the past 2 months and each time the wait has been a real problem. Not just for even the first drink with an order of multiple but also the wait between each one. There was a good 8 minutes before my next drink came up. Not sure why they are not worked on as a group.
When placing an order ahead of time, each time, there was at least a 15-20 minute longer wait past the time estimated on the app if not longer.
Yes more staffing could help but those working could honestly move with a little more urgency during busier times.
They are nice just not very efficient or timely.
