I like this specific location. I sometimes come in, and get one shot of blonde, in a grande cup with extra ice. I'll add a bit of oat milk, taste great - not too caffeinated. The people working here are awlays nice.

I was visiting from out of town and used to live in this area. Always a great experience in this location. The employees are always so nice. And service is always great. Although parking is limited, but its never an issue to park around the plaza and walk across the way. Miss this place

I was there for my pick up order around 3-3:15 pm, this young phillipino lady gave my my matcha drink and i asked for a straw, she threw it to me… AND my order was wrong.. i mean if your employees are not happy with their job, this is a customer service business, they should think abiut working here before and not treat their customers bad. I felt embarrassed to have experienced this when i also work for customer service, i treat my customers great! Because thanks to them i have a job as well you have one, very young and with that attitude already, you shiuld look for something that fits you and that you will enjoy doing. We as your clientele dont deserve this treatment when we pay for our drinks, its not free. I have heard many bad experiences from this location but never thought i would experience it. Thanks to you i wont return here.

I stopped going to StarBucks because of their non support of our troops and a bad experience at their park n shop location. But Pete's had such Horrible Service. I'd rather not go there any more either. Now I go to this location and for the most part. This starbucks has had supper friendly staff.

Nice space. I honestly think Safeway up the street makes their drinks better . And they provide me with free water. My son was not feeling good so we stopped to ask if we could please get some water for him but they said no it’s only for customers. Okay well u officially lost a returning one.

If I could give a zero I would. Today's experience was horrible, firstly the person taking the orders was moving too fast and didn't put my drink in correctly. I understand it's the morning (although it wasn't busy nor was the line long) when my drink was getting made , the first server made it incorrectly and the second server made my drink incorrectly as well. This resulted in my drink being made with milk when I asked for non dairy. This isn't okay, why rush when it's no need to rush?

There is a staff there, her name is McKenzie, very unprofessional, unfriendly and rude.I need to use the bathroom before I pick up my online order. When I asked about the bathroom code, she gave me the look down and no care face and said bathroom for customer only. Do I need to wear the sign saying “I’m a customer and can I use your bathroom”?? Or else? And the drink is horrible. I ordered the venti blackberry sage. They filled 2/3 of the cup with the ice and little liquid. I guess they want us to eat the ice instead. What a nightmare with this store!
Bathroom was beyond gross and one one works. Coffee wasn't hot at all. Lobby was dirty and ill kept. Nothing in case for food. All the outlets are covered up. I wanted a place to sit while my dad a medical procedure to work on my novel on my computer. Didn't want to stay there and couldn't plug in. Went to the Boba tea place across the street. Was clean there and had outlets

Only had a 50 so I was a dollar short in my drink and with my order I asked for a cake pop and all I had was a 50 the employee came up to my table where I was sitting at after I ordered and got my drink and gave me the cake pop for free. What a kind soul. This man deserves a raise!!
