Nice space. I honestly think Safeway up the street makes their drinks better . And they provide me with free water. My son was not feeling good so we stopped to ask if we could please get some water for him but they said no it’s only for customers. Okay well u officially lost a returning one.

If I could give a zero I would. Today's experience was horrible, firstly the person taking the orders was moving too fast and didn't put my drink in correctly. I understand it's the morning (although it wasn't busy nor was the line long) when my drink was getting made , the first server made it incorrectly and the second server made my drink incorrectly as well. This resulted in my drink being made with milk when I asked for non dairy. This isn't okay, why rush when it's no need to rush?

There is a staff there, her name is McKenzie, very unprofessional, unfriendly and rude.I need to use the bathroom before I pick up my online order. When I asked about the bathroom code, she gave me the look down and no care face and said bathroom for customer only. Do I need to wear the sign saying “I’m a customer and can I use your bathroom”?? Or else? And the drink is horrible. I ordered the venti blackberry sage. They filled 2/3 of the cup with the ice and little liquid. I guess they want us to eat the ice instead. What a nightmare with this store!

Bathroom was beyond gross and one one works. Coffee wasn't hot at all. Lobby was dirty and ill kept. Nothing in case for food. All the outlets are covered up. I wanted a place to sit while my dad a medical procedure to work on my novel on my computer. Didn't want to stay there and couldn't plug in. Went to the Boba tea place across the street. Was clean there and had outlets

Only had a 50 so I was a dollar short in my drink and with my order I asked for a cake pop and all I had was a 50 the employee came up to my table where I was sitting at after I ordered and got my drink and gave me the cake pop for free. What a kind soul. This man deserves a raise!!

Avoid at all costs!! The barista was rude and the other girl working here was drinking a drink while there were drinks waiting to be made. The worst.
I visited the Starbucks on Willow Pass Rd and was extremely disappointed with the service. We were told they were closing in two minutes at 7 PM, despite the posted closing time being 8 PM. The staff refused to accept our order, stating they were only completing existing ones. To make matters worse, after we left, they continued to take orders from other customers. This experience was both disappointing and rude, with no attempt at accommodating us or any room for negotiation.

Some red haired girl who seemed to be alone told us the closed at 7 despite hours of operation say that 8 is their closing time. She still continued to serve guests after telling us that she wouldn’t be taking our order and is even staring at us while we write this review outside. Hope something gets done to just improve customer experience for our next visit.

The staff there are very kind and make conversation with you, which is rare nowadays unfortunately. They have very good service and very quick, which is sometimes necessary. They're right on a corner but they only have one door which is a little bit of an inconvenience, but alas, some walking will do us good. Overall a solid Starbucks to visit, maybe with a friend or after lunch nearby. There's also a park next door where you can enjoy your drink.
