I bought a large Frappuccino and they just put syrup in it because it doesn't taste like coffee. I honestly don't know what they are doing with the coffee because they don't put it in what's supposed to be coffee for customers. I just paid for something I didn't like it, tastes awful, just pure syrup, and the service is bad.

We stayed in the area for just over a week. We went there everyday and was greeted warmly each time. Nearly all the guys and gals working there were very kind and respectful. Big smiles too, Thank You!

I would’ve bought something if they let me use the restroom like decent human beings with empathy. Clearly I’m not the demographic damaging restrooms just a worker looking for a restroom outside of public. I’ll avoid this Starbucks in particular. Peet’s into downtown don’t require purchase for basic human needs

When I walked in only one person was in line, I ordered a decaf iced americano and asked them to dissolve the sugar in the hot espresso before adding ice which they did not do( I get the raw sugar) the baristas were impolite and unfriendly, no smiles no hi how are you. I waited a long time for a simple drink. 7 people got in line after me and they all got their complex Frappuccino’s and lattes before my simple americano got made which was very frustrating. Once I tasted my drink the espresso tasted bitter as all get out so they let it expire. Not a good experience at all I shouldn’t have wasted 5$ on this coffee

I was just there at 4pm today. Not only was the lady a bit rude, they were out of White Chocolate Mocha. I rarely get coffee out and this experienced sucked. I also asked that the latte be at 140, which it was not. 5.75. I won't be back.

Today I bought 3 summer berry lemonades and they put too much ice in them, it didn't have any drink in it.
