I typically don’t write reviews but since I had such a bad experience I thought I would share. First they didn’t have any cold brew, my favorite drink, but that was fine. I ordered a Shaken Hazel Espresso. Next they said they are out of Oat milk. Cool I guess. I ordered Almond milk which is my usual milk choice. Now, they don’t have venti iced cups so all drinks have to be in Trena. Ok great I just wanted my coffee. My mom orders an iced Hazelnut latte with Almond milk. The cashier doesn’t ask for names so the drinks come out and we didn’t know. They sat there maybe 5 minutes. Hers came out hot and had to be remade, mine was separated and didn’t look shaken at all. Both came out too sweet and we barely even drank them. Next time we will just go to the drive thru store across the street.
My mom use to be a barista and doesn’t like having to return drinks or ask for a refund because she know how the job is but this store needs to get it together before we spend money here.

Terrible service, they prepared my drink wrong, I let them know and the girls made a bad face, they made it again and it tasted worse, I ended up throwing it away, I always order the same drink everywhere and I have never had any problems

I recently visited and had an extremely unpleasant experience, an argument extending to 15 minutes, with the twin / sister baristas working there. I ordered an iced latte 'upside down,' which is a customization on the official Starbucks menu, and I received a regular latte instead, after being asked thrice if my latte was iced.

I politely asked for it to be remade correctly. She responded aggressively, insisting that 'all lattes are upside down' and continued arguing instead of correcting my order; said “you know what? no!” and put my drink away.
They exhibit an incredibly immature and unprofessional attitude, reminiscent of 14 year-old high school bullies for the lack of a better term, and it was evident from the moment I walked in as another woman.

Upon requesting a refund, her sister intervened, stating that there is no such thing as an 'upside down' customization and that it’s called a macchiato. Still arguing, still no remake or refund.

I questioned their familiarity with the menu. I was told that I “clearly don’t know how to make coffee” by both sisters, which is -again- irrelevant as a coffeeshop customer.

At this point, both baristas began mocking me in a childish manner, rephrasing my words as “let me get my iced latteee upside down” and giggling, and continued to do so when I was still waiting on a refund.

They stubbornly refused to provide their names and declined my request to speak with a manager or a higher authority. It was only when a third barista intervened that I finally received my refund.

Additionally, I do hold a video of their actions which clearly demonstrates the unprofessional conduct — since they refused to provide names or allow me to contact a higher-up.

This behavior is totally unacceptable and falls far below the standard of service expected from Starbucks, or anywhere for that matter. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly.

For education purposes, second photo is what an upside down customization looks like from any other store.

There is a guy working there with long black hair. I watched him make my drink. He ignored the directions on the sticker completely and when he looked at it to call out my name he still didn’t say anything about making it wrong. There was one direction, no whip cream. The drink was also supposed to be blended, but it was just straight liquid.

Whew, they need to go ahead and close this location down or fire the staff and get new ones. Absolutely HORRIBLE.

The service is wonderful. The atmosphere is warm, makes you want to have a seat and enjoy the weather with a nice cup of hot coffee. I recommend this place.

This is a bad starbucks. It took me 15 minutes to get a black cup of coffee. My girlfriend ordered a Frappuccino and it was messy on the outside outside of the cup. Their were no napkins in the dispensers. The service was not pleasant.

Store shows it closed at 8 on the Starbucks app and the team that worked tonight closed up everything by 7:45 and wouldn’t serve us and were rude

How do you make a venti caramel Frappuccino taste like iced water with a hint of banana? Perhaps the barista should attempt to make one or two drinks at a time instead of seven or eight all at once. I had noticed she was questioning herself which blender had my drink. It seemed she chose the wrong one.

Apparently you have to "ask" for the 50% off Thursdays... That should be an automatic thing... Then after paying full price for Venti's, they tried giving us Grande's... WEAK!

They had no food an hour an a half into opening. Long wait for no reason as well I was on my 30 min break and only had 8 mins left when I got out and all I got was one coffee! Not a long line either mostly waters.
