I'm here sat 11/26 at 11:50. There are 9 employees behind the bar. The wait for a drink is close to 25 mins, how? There are maybe 5 customers waiting for drinks, 2 empliyees making drinks, and everyone else standing around since there is no one left in line. Change something, the wait is way too long.
Was at the mall and decided to stop in and have my favorite drink which is a cappuccino and a pastry around 1 pm. Was disappointed at the very small selection of variety of pastry at this location.
Very, very small seating area. The place is quite dirty with a lot of napkins on the floor. However, the sugar area didn't have any napkins there and it was quite sticky and messy. But I gotta admit the employees were super efficient, nice and professional.
