The team seems to be on the smaller side but they still work hard, everytime I've been the service was fast and if there's a mistake they fix it no problem

I was in this morning. 4 employees working and none of them would help my wife and I. We stood at the counter while the girls kept checking if we were still there. I gave the food a bad rating because I didn’t get the opportunity to try anything I wanted to order for breakfast. And obviously the service literally didn’t exist. And bad atmosphere because of the negativity created by the employees lack of work ethic. The wife and I have officially decided we are now a Pete’s coffee family.

I stood there long enough to be noticed, and when I finally walked out, no one cared. Apparently taking customers — or money — first thing in the morning isn’t a priority here.

Its a good place to eat and hang around. The food and drink is AMAZING but services...that not much. The staff are kinda rude, once a staff member got my drink wrong and when I ask if she could remake it, she rolled her eyes at me and said sure...when it was HER fault...like sorry you can't make a drink right. Like she here acting like I was the one who made the order wrong but ok. And this ain't the first and I know damn well it won't be the last. But overall the place is chill and cozy to hang around.

I’ve been to various Starbucks, this Starbucks is the best if I could I’d give the service & staff 10 stars! Dee the manager and the staff always greets me by name and makes me feel welcome. I love the nice messages on my Caramel Macchiato drink 🫶🏾 (What a great experience) Thank You for making me feel appreciated as a customer!!!
If I could give a zero star I would. Went inside to use there restroom and apparently now Starbucks makes you pay to use their restroom?? So I paid 1.25 to go use their restroom that had toilet paper on the floor and a make shift soap dispenser because either the one built in is broken or they are too lazy to refill it??? You would think a multi billion dollar company would have a proper hand washing station but apparently not one of there worries. Instead they are worried about making more money and continuing there poor service. Not only did I pay 1.25. When I asked to purchase their least expensive item the dude helping me out just kept looking at me like he didn’t know what I was saying after repeating multiple times I would like to purchase ur cheapest item so I can use the restroom. He proceeded to tell me a food item or a beverage would be ur cheapest item. So now I’m being lied to and Upcharged just to simply take a pee. So I then had to basically put on an apron and tell him that is not ur cheapest item nd payed for what is the cheapest item. Starbucks you guys need to do better. Your coffee is subpar and this is one of many reasons why I stopped supporting your business and would rather take my money to small businesses like rooted or big house bean. They deserve it more than a big corporate business like you guys that only see money and not customer faces.
