I’ve been to various Starbucks, this Starbucks is the best if I could I’d give the service & staff 10 stars! Dee the manager and the staff always greets me by name and makes me feel welcome. I love the nice messages on my Caramel Macchiato drink 🫶🏾 (What a great experience) Thank You for making me feel appreciated as a customer!!!

If I could give a zero star I would. Went inside to use there restroom and apparently now Starbucks makes you pay to use their restroom?? So I paid 1.25 to go use their restroom that had toilet paper on the floor and a make shift soap dispenser because either the one built in is broken or they are too lazy to refill it??? You would think a multi billion dollar company would have a proper hand washing station but apparently not one of there worries. Instead they are worried about making more money and continuing there poor service. Not only did I pay 1.25. When I asked to purchase their least expensive item the dude helping me out just kept looking at me like he didn’t know what I was saying after repeating multiple times I would like to purchase ur cheapest item so I can use the restroom. He proceeded to tell me a food item or a beverage would be ur cheapest item. So now I’m being lied to and Upcharged just to simply take a pee. So I then had to basically put on an apron and tell him that is not ur cheapest item nd payed for what is the cheapest item. Starbucks you guys need to do better. Your coffee is subpar and this is one of many reasons why I stopped supporting your business and would rather take my money to small businesses like rooted or big house bean. They deserve it more than a big corporate business like you guys that only see money and not customer faces.

I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to get my coffee there were only 3 cars ahead of me. This is the second time I come here and it happened again. Never coming here again.

The service is bad, I do not recommend this place to anyone because the server was rude to me when I was there last time. He was picking on me and not respecting me. I did not give him any reason for behaving with me like this.
