The ‘vibe’ photos indicate that there is internal seating. However, the doors are locked and the sign there says ‘drive through only location’. Please remove the misleading photos. 😒

Drive through only location? The parking lot is blocked with cones that force you into the drive thru. And of course , in typical corporate fashion , the only response you get to these concerns is a computer generated response. Total waste of a building. Going to Peet's down the road. SMH

It’s a drive-through only location? It’s the most easy place for me to stop yet. I drive a truck and trailer. How is that even possible? Drive-through only? They’re not looking out for the blue collar guys at all. This is obviously a yuppie only stop

As a visitor in the area, I can’t understand how on such a busy street the Management allows such a physical change to the parking lot area.
The way the parking lot was designed originally is supposed to help the flow of traffic naturally. I can agree that it was a busy intersection. But making it less than accessible from the original design is a poor choice.
And when I attempted to get a coffee at 8 am yesterday, I was so baffled that instead of following along with the way the Green stanchions were set. I then bothered the individual Barista at the Safeway across the street.
The next step in fixing this issue would then be to demolish the fence between this lot and the shared lot behind the building (including the Huckleberry restaurant).
Otherwise, the Green stanchions should be removed (at least half of them) during the times of low traffic.
Parking: If the Greenstanchions are in the way, parking is unavailable.

Coffee shops are traditionally important gathering places for the community. Even if for just a few minutes, community members can join together, exchange some pleasantries and get their coffee. It is really gross and disappointing that this Starbucks is now drive-through only. For starters, a line of cars idling outside the building is not great for the environment. It is also discriminatory: you can't even get a cup of coffee unless you have a car so, if you are doing the environmentally – conscious thing of walking or biking, I guess you're out of luck. It also just promotes keeping everyone in their own little private silos, not Interacting with any other human being. I won't be going back because I don't want to see this unnecessarily automobile – centric business model normalized.

This starbucks is now a drive-thru only location. Often, one access is blocked. So if you miss it, you have to drive far down the road to do a u-turn to come back.And even if the other side is open, they keep the drive-thru blocked with the cones in the picture.Because of this, there is also no mobile orders.With all of that said, the staff is awesome, and the food/drinks were done well.There is a starbucks down the road, highly recommend going to that one if you are crunched for time or otherwise don't want to deal with a maze depending which way you'll need to exit.

THIS LOCATION ONLY HAS DRIVE-THROUGH SERVICE. That is not indicated anywhere. We were in line for 15 minutes at 2:00pm on a random Saturday. Plenty of workers inside. Friendly service but extremely slow.

Drive through only location. Walked a mile with my disabled participant to get a coffee and they only do drive through so my participant couldn't get anything.

I come to this Starbucks often and usually the staff is super friendly and kind. Today I went through and the worker Mia at the window was so rude. My drink was made incorrectly twice. I called and the supervisor told me I could come back for a remake. Mia at the order box had a rude tone stating they remade iced the right way and I said the supervisor told me I could come back. At the window she didn’t apologize and was rude still. I have already called corporate and they were happy to help. It’s hard as it is to stand up for yourself when an order is made wrong, but to be met with rudeness and laughter directed towards you is an awful feeling.I let Mia know she was rude and that I just wanted my coffee made right and was sorry and she shrugged her shoulders.This Starbucks is usually AMAZING and like I said usually has very friendly staff. This was a huge disappointment to my day.

Used to come here daily. Just realized they nerfed their rewards - now only get half what I used to. That and absurd price increases - taking my business to Dunkins from now on.
