Staff is very rude here. There is no customer service here. I recommend going to any other Starbucks.

I walked into this location before they closed the cafe to reduce payrolls and maximize profits. I could see five employees behind the counter, mostly talking to each other. I was the only customer in the cafe. It took two minutes before an employee bestowed me the privilege of taking my order, and another eight minutes to serve my black grande coffee. 10 minutes for a cup of overpriced coffee. A year later, I had exactly the same experience with the Starbucks at Sun Valley Mall. Never, ever again.

they have 2 entrance that creates a safety issue. one is the drive thru lane with line dividers and another entrance from treat and clayton road. I almost got hit twice when a car turning fast to get in to the parking lot while im exciting from the drive thru window.

So first of all, I went to order my drink like I do every morning/afternoon and they told me that they don’t have no whipped cream. They have a Safeway right in their parking lot. They could go get it from. They should never be out of whipped cream that is one main ingredients Starbucks uses every single day and their drive-through is set up where you can’t reverse so I was stuck in the drive-through for 10 minutes just to be told there’s no whip cream And also this Starbucks is always very very slow with their orders even if there’s only two people in the drive-through you’re gonna be there for 10 to 15 minutes

Great Starbucks if you don't want to have to get out of your car. Fast, efficient drive thru service, however I've never been there during peak commute hours.

The ‘vibe’ photos indicate that there is internal seating. However, the doors are locked and the sign there says ‘drive through only location’. Please remove the misleading photos. 😒
