My wife and I had the steam buns maybe 4 times in Oakley a few years back, maybe 2020, I've been trying to remember the name of the truck forever! So glad I found it! The steam buns are 🔥🔥🔥🔥!!!! super fresh, super delicious 👌
This food truck was amazing, we tried it at Five Suns Brewing! We got the chicken katsu rice bowl, plenty of flavor and a good portion for $17. Give them a try if you see it.
I got the Bulgogi beef bao. It was so good! The beef was full of flavor and so tender!
I tried the chicken katsu bao and the bulgogi beef bao. A little pricey but they were good. The bao was fluffy and tender. I preferred the chicken katsu of the two. The chicken was tender and juicy. But both were good. Good flavors and filling.
Delicious fare! It was great seeing you at Epidemic Ales In Concord 🙌🍻
They catered a wine down Friday tonight at Campos winery. Amazing steam buns and chicken rice bowl. Delicious beef bulgogi and chicken Katsu batter was incredible.
Had these in Martinez behind 5 suns & they are the best bao we've ever tasted!
If you're on Pacheco Blvd near ACE Hardware on a weekend in Martinez, make sure you stop by and grab yourself a tasty treat! We had the chicken katsu bun and it was delicious. We got a side of fries and they were crispy and salted to perfection. A must stop if you're in the area!
This is one of my all time favorite street eats! The Bao is super light and fluffy and the combo of meat, spices and sweet cucumbers on top is delicious. Please come to Martinez more often. Thank you.
I enjoyed my first bun this evening and it definitely won’t be my last! Delicious!

Had never tried the steamed Pork Belly until tonight! They came to Concord, CAWas REALLY delicious! Soft Buns and delicious additions, pickles etc, can’t wait to have this again!
2 tri tip bao tacos for 16 bucks... Tasted really awesome... Wish they were bigger.. but, it did have ample amount of tri tip... Got them at Staples parking lot in Concord... Took about 10 minutes to get tacos....
The buns are way too small for the price big rip off and the owner is rude and can’t accept comments about posting close up pictures.
PIEASE COME to Alameda and/or Oakland more often….and let us know when you do….DELICIOUS!
The pork belly was better than the chicken katsu bao, though both had super yummy sauces and piles of thinly sliced pickles. The bao buns are as expected, though in actuality I would prefer a slightly smaller (thinner, maybe) bao. But they are pillowy soft and tasty all over. I may not seek them out like I did today, but if I run across them I look forward to trying the steak.Note: they charge $1 extra if you pay with a card.
