I asked for a small fountain drink and they only had medium cups and would not give me the courtesy of charging for a small. If I wanted a medium I would have ordered a medium. I felt this was a shady way to charge more for an item (fountain drink) that is already marked up way too much!Also, all of the vegetables were hidden and unable to be seen behind the vegetable cover. One of the supposed advantages to ordering from Subway is to be able to see the items they put on the sandwiches. Again, I felt this location was shady and it must be avoided at all costs.

Terrible customer service, don’t know how to work their own system. I ordered thru app but it charged to the wrong credit card that I didn’t mean to use (admittedly, my bad). No way to cancel on app so I asked him in store to cancel the order, which I would still then pay for on the spot with a different card. He said it was not possible. I know for a FACT it is because a Subway did it in front of me just the other day when I arrived to find they were out of what I ordered. I tried to explain this to the guy but he just just smiling and telling me it was not possible.

The people are always rude. The bread is always stale. And the price is too high. They have bad attitudes. And now they have the food covered up so you can't see if it's fresh. The lettuce was brown. And so on and so forth.... I mean seriously go somewhere else this place is a waste

The lady helping us was so rude. We wanted to order then said how many total sandwiches. We felt so rushed customer service rated 0. Never going back lost another customer.

I went to this subway recently and it's far better than other ones closeby. Food somehow tastes fresher and better. Also a very clean location.

Avoid this specific subway. I'd stopped in for breakfast, and completely regret doing so. The woman who took my order, essentially tried to tell me what she was putting on my sandwich, the whole time. I thought the whole point of subway was to ask you exactly what ingredients you wanted? I'd tried being courteous and polite being that it was first thing in the morning, but every time I'd ask for a standard ingredient, her response was "well that's not normally what goes on breakfast." It was like pulling teeth trying to get the standard sandwich I order at literally EVERY OTHER SUBWAY without issue. Keep in mind, I wasn't asking for anything EXTRA, I didn't want extra meat, or cheese, or anything that would incur a charge. She just seemed like she didn't want to include any standard free item on the sandwich. Any time I'd ask for, any ingredient she didn't deem "as breakfast worthy" we'd have to have a passive aggressive back and forth about it. That's not what customers are trying to experience as the beginning to their day. I'd also noticed the other sandwiches being made between mine, were given minuscule amounts of what I'd imagine would be higher ticket items for a subway owner. The sandwiches around me got barely any meat, the bread options were super limited, she'd kept asking the same question over and over about how I'd wanted my sandwich, only for her to make it the way she saw fit. Seems like a classic case of a subway owner, penny pinching, and not caring what the customer thinks, in a customer service industry. Avoid this subway unless you want the very first thing you experience in the morning, to be a passive aggressive, excuse making deviation from what every other standard subway is.

The owner/server of this particular Subway was very rude to my son. It was his first time ordering at subway and so he was slow making his order. She laughed at him and yelled "Wake up!!" She also called him "slow" and was exasperated telling him what his choices were. Very rude woman and non empathetic. You are in the business serving customers. At least you could have a little patience and not be insulting when we were the only 2 people in your lousy shop. When there were more than 3 customers she didn't even have staff to help serve those customers. So who should be the one talking about being slow? Lady be better..do better. I only gave 1 star to post this review smh.
