Walked in and showed the lady making the sandwich my coupon for $7 sandwich. At the end she charged my mom $14 while I was distracted, that was my wrong move, and she looked at me after saying “oh you had coupon, I’ll give you next time” she basically gave herself that $7 tip. Knowing the whole time exactly what coupon we were using. It’s so wrong, don’t come here

The manager is hostile and rude. He will order you to sit down so you can’t see him put the smallest amount of any toppings and not put on what you asked for. Your sandwich will be all bread and gross. He needs to be fired at once. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Visited this subway location I had a coupon for a foot-long sandwich for 799. They said they do not honor the coupons at this location. Obviously, I will never go there again and I recommend that anybody want to use a coupon not go there again. they said they would honor it if I ordered a specific sandwich, but the coupon said any foot-long sandwich

Chicken in my sandwich was frozen solid. Sandwich was not wrapped tight and fell apart instantly. Condiments were on top of the sandwich and stuck to the paper. I did not realize one can mess up a sandwich, but girl, you did a darn fine job at it. I have had subway many times in my life and this is the first time I could not even take more than a few bites?

I went to this sub way and bought 2 meatball subs, and we had to wait more time because the workers needed to make more meatballs.The meatballs were dry, the vegetables were tasteless and the churro was stale and brick hard ,do not go here
