I order 2 sandwich and only received 1 I called the restaurant to ask what had happen and they gave me attitude and said no it was only one sandwich and hung up.

The manager is hostile and rude. He will order you to sit down so you can’t see him put the smallest amount of any toppings and not put on what you asked for. Your sandwich will be all bread and gross. He needs to be fired at once. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Visited this subway location I had a coupon for a foot-long sandwich for 799. They said they do not honor the coupons at this location. Obviously, I will never go there again and I recommend that anybody want to use a coupon not go there again. they said they would honor it if I ordered a specific sandwich, but the coupon said any foot-long sandwich

Chicken in my sandwich was frozen solid. Sandwich was not wrapped tight and fell apart instantly. Condiments were on top of the sandwich and stuck to the paper. I did not realize one can mess up a sandwich, but girl, you did a darn fine job at it. I have had subway many times in my life and this is the first time I could not even take more than a few bites?

I visited Subway to take advantage of a coupon offer. The staff was satisfactory, and the sandwich I ordered was delicious.The restaurant itself was clean and had ample space for dining. Additionally, its proximity to a shopping center and the availability of parking were convenient.

I went to this sub way and bought 2 meatball subs, and we had to wait more time because the workers needed to make more meatballs.The meatballs were dry, the vegetables were tasteless and the churro was stale and brick hard ,do not go here
I dont know who employs the girls at the store. I was met with rudeness and hostility when I was ordering my sandwhich. They act so entitled like they own the store when they can’t even speak proper English. I used a coupon and my husband used a coupon and they told me very rudely you can’t use 2 coupons, when I literally only used one and he was using one and we were doing separate transactions. These girls act like they own the store when they don’t. Maybe learn how to treat your customers with dignity and respect and get rid of that superiority complex.

I sat in the car while my bud retrieved the sandwich. But I know one thing. It really depends on what you order. It's best to keep It simple after all Its essentially a mouthful of vegetables and a little bit of meat.

This is my neighborhood Subway and I have been a customer for years, yesterday I placed an order online and picked it up. Upon arriving back home I noticed that the sandwiches had different color stickers but nothing indicating which sandwich was which. When I opened them I initially thought I had the wrong order because I didn't see any meat. My sandwich was tuna (my favorite from there), there was so little fish it was barely detectable. My wife and son's sandwiches were also near vegetarian. I was so disappointed that I will seriously consider traveling to a Subway farther away before returning to this one. ?
