I hardly ever write reviews unless the business is really good or really bad, and this place is BOMB !! I knew it was going to be based on the long line at 10am on a Monday. But the line moved quickly, service was friendly and spot-on, and delivered promptly with a smile I ordered nova lox and cream cheese on a spinach asiago bagel, with a Vietnamese iced coffee. Everything was amazing!! I'll definitely be back!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We were in the store. Ordered bagels. They pulled the bagels from bin, bagged them, paused us as phone rang. Took phone order then told us, they needed our bagels to fulfill their phone order. We left with nothing. Even though we were standing in the store, placed our order prior to phone ringing... the store opted to pull our bagels to completed phone order. Very disappointing. Poor customer service.

I am from NYC so for me to give a Bay Area bagel place a 4 is a massive step up since most places barely qualify for a 1. Not only does one have to wait on a line but chances are good that in the morning you will get a warm bagel that smells like, has the right chewiness and overall texture of a real bagel (made in NY). They even have Bialys! They obviously know what they are doing, boil their bagels and bake them right. This place is the real deal!

I have been going to this bagel spot pretty consistently for a while now. The customer service is amazing. All the employees are very friendly. The food is very delicious! Along with that, they have a wide variety of options and for the drinks as well! Overall, I definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for a reliable bagel shop!

If you're looking for a superior bagel sandwich, this is your spot. From the abundance of toppings to the accompaniment of a sleeved pickle (to keep your sami fresh) to the calm atmosphere and detailed service, this location is my favorite in Concord. 10/10 will eat here again!

I was at Park 'n Shop for another errand and decided to give Sunrise Bagels a try. It had been many years since my last visit so was unsure what the bagels were like. The store is not large and seemed a bit dark. Customer service was prompt and efficient. Got a bag of six. Glad I didn't buy more as both DH and I felt the bagels were a little doughy and should have been baked a bit longer. I got a mix of raisin, sesame, and poppyseed bagels. The raisin bagel didn't have many raisins. However, both the sesame and poppyseed bagels were overflowing with the seeds. I consider sesame and poppyseed to be "classic" bagels. Panera, my usual "go-to" bakery for bagels never had poppyseed and with its recent menu update no longer has sesame bagels. A shame ... and one reason to come to Sunrise. But my quest for a better than decent bagel in Concord continues!

Yummy delicious bagels! I thought the sunrise egg sandwich could've had a tad bit more flavor but it was still really good. 5/5 for the bagel itself! Texture of the bagel was soft and not too dense. Will definitely be back :)

Such a great Bagel place in East Bay. Tried first time last weekend and their bagels are so yummy, crunchy and fresh. Be read to wait in the line but it definitely worths!Parking: It's located in open mall and there are plenty of parking options.

I've been going here since the early 2000s. I love the family owned businesses in town and try and support them as much as I can. The service is great . The ambience feels like a mom and Pop diner . The bagels are fresh and so full of flavor. The cream cheese is delicious. There's a ton of fresh coffee options including Vietnamese coffee. Blended drinks, sandwiches, fresh fruit, fresh OJ. It's all you need for breakfast or lunch. my favorite item is the jalapeño cheddar bagel with strawberry cream cheese that combo may sound unique, but it is packed with flavor. I love this place I'll continue to go while they're in business.
