Will..., all I can say is the Super Duper burger wasn't to my liking. The burger was dripping with oil. Even my wife, said the same thing about her burger that she had. Also, the wife said, "this is the last time, we will eat at Super Duper." I agreed with her.

Friendly, clean, added touches, easy to read menu, DELICIOUS VEGGIE BURGER!! I'm a fan!! Salad is full of healthy yummies! Pleasant surprise!!

We were regulars. Every weekend we would go for a breakfast, that was amazing. Unfortunately it has changed after COVID, but we still stayed loyal. Even after moving from the area we still make 2 hours trip just to get the burger, fries and salad when we can. They constantly (over 4 times now!) forget to put sauces and condiments. Salads don't have dressings, burgers have no spreads. Also the fried is always room temperature so the cheese never melts and just sits on top. Huge disappointment

Used to be 1 of my fav burger spots. Food is amazing (a lil greasy but not an issue). My issue lies in the bait & switch (I will detail only this on but it's probably the 3rd seperate issue I had in my last few visits). Trying to be responsible, I looked up prices to make sure I could afford my meal and everything at the store is more expensive than the website. I ask for the Mgr and she, Laura, spends time that I don't have with my phone, slid over to her side on the cashier's counter, trying to find a loophole or explanation why I need to pay the higher price. One explanation is, " We recently raised the prices so that's why it doesn't match". The next one is "you need to order on the site to get that price". I end the conversation and walk away thinking I will just move on. She follows me to my seat and gives me another explanation...this time she says, "I am on the wrong site". I point out that it begins https//superduper....then she says I hit menu instead of website (I guess on google?) Which I did not do nor did I use google (Lol). At this point I am fully irritated. There is no , "let's make it right" attitude. Instead, she's all about, "I wanna be right. I order, pay, wait, look at my receipt & they have charged me 30 cents for "employee benefits. I'm just wondering why they don't tell you beforehand? I went back and asked her for that refund and explained I wasn't advised in advance. She retorts quickly with "it's on the menu now" pointing at the seperate print that is not near the items I ordered & would never naturally be noticed. So what have I learned from Laura? The customers always wrong & any excuse not to be kind, or honor their LISTED PRICES will be made. Maybe she is having a not so great day or you know, it is difficult being in customer service. Humbly, let me just add that I came to this plaza to take my daughter to a hangout time with her friend for her friend's birthday. So I am stuck here for 2 hr waiting for my kid. I'm simply trying to eat a fairly inexpensive mini burger and a drink. I am not wealthy and I definitely have to be careful with my spending. Not everyone can afford your employee benefits. Not everyone can afford your price hikes especially when they commuted all the way here under the belief and guise that the prices were lower. Honor what you list on your website! Be kinder & more respectful (an apology for the incorrect information would be nice), take SOME responsibility instead of mastering your blameshift game. But I will say that I was starving in that mini burger and hazlenut shake were screaming! Thank you to the cooks and everyone who was on shift!

Visited this location after trying super duper in the emeryville location. This one is convenient because it has a drive through. However, it was not as good as the other location. The food was good, but lacking a bit of flavor. The homemade pickles need a little bit more tang for my taste. However, it is still a really great place to get a burger when you have that craving for a home grilled burger.

Always a YES. Love their garlic fries and veggie burgers. Beef burgers also rock. Fried chicken sandwich is meh.

I made a super positive review 5 years ago.... today 3/6/24 I received an undercooked burger. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to notify them of the danger the chef was creating, but I was immediately transferred to a robo response telling me to send a complaint to the email provided.... in an emergency type of situation where a chef is undercooking ground meat, this is beyond unacceptable... someone needs to notify the manager that ground beef is undercooked!!!

The beef is good quality. Kiosk system isn't entirely intuitive. Warehouse atmosphere. No fries today, don't know why. Mandatory tip included.

So good, I love their burgers. I usually get them with jalapeño. You can order using the kiosk on the front counter, so you can order as soon as you're ready. The staff is very nice and helpful. I do not feel like a burden asking for cups or sauces. I wish the burgers were a little less greasy, but they are delicious nonetheless! My mom loves the chocolate dipped cone.

Was in the mood for a burger and Super Duper Burger was right by us. Ordered the mini burger & fries as did my son. The burgers "look" so small BUT we couldn't even finish them. The burgers are so flavorful and so darn good! The fries were good but that's all. Before leaving we grabbed a soft serve ice cream...OMG, honestly the best I've ever had. Definitely going back!

Ordered through DD , horrible experience! I paid $85 worth of food and they only sent $18 worth of food (mini burger and a shake) and keep in mind they still made the mini burger wrong and the shake was a different flavor. They then disputed my error charge stating they sent the order in which I have a receipt they sent with driver only showing the mini burger. At the end of the day don't order delivery here they play the system and lack integrity. TRAIN YOUR STAFF CORRECTLY AND BE HONEST ON WHAT YOU SEND OUT. if you don't have something communicate CALL THE CUSTOMER or just plainly cancel the order so ppl don't get stiffed out of their hard earned money.

Excellent burger, to my taste. Love the char-broiled flavor. A little pricier than some burger joints, but worth it, I think. They make an effort to minimize paper waste by serving eat-in shakes in glass goblets and everything else on washable trays and a sheet of paper. Nice throwback to greener days. They offer spacious indoor and outdoor seating.
