Horrible experience today!! I’m a regular at the smoothie place. I order all the time. Usually my experience is great. Great service, great smoothie. No complaints. However, today 1/20 5pm there was a little boy working that needs a reality check as to what good customer service is. I’m paying you my money and driving from Sacramento out of my way before going to work just to get a smoothie from here. I don’t need or expect attitude or for him to be rude. Little boy needs a reality check and attitude adjustment.

I've been going to Surf City since I was a kid. Lol... I always get strawberry banana, can't go wrong with this combo. Plus the people who work at the counter are always friendly. Usually when I order from there they are pretty fast, Less than 5 minutes. Be more patient people!

We got 2 smoothies and both were bad. The peach mango smoothie did not have any flavor. Just sugar, water and ice. Peanut butter banana was a little better but didn’t taste fresh.

2 cash registers but only servicing one customer at a time even when line builds up! Why do customers take soooo long to order?!!! Menu is right there in front and to the side. Smoothies taste bland with additives. Watch out..on the receipt it will say boost charge even when you order what was on the menu without adding additional boosts.

There is NO fruits, they serve ice with fruit sauce, not actual fruit the test was really bad. The quality wasn’t good.

disappointing, if you take a smoothie with banana in it you will ONLY smell the banana and not the other fruits

The employees are very nice!! They opened an hour early just for me :) My favorite drink there is strawberry strawberry chiller
You can add tapioca pearls to any drink! Afterward, you can walk up and down the empty stairs this place is located under for no reason other than because this tip suggested that you do.
