I am a former sushi chef, this is an Adorable sushi restaurant with a cozy feel. The huge portion of ramen was hearty and warm, perfect for the weather. They had the best portion of fresh salmon in a poke bowl I've seen in Concord and the staff are very very friendly! I am sure to become a regular here.

I had a wonderful dinner at Sushi Raku, yesterday, with a good friend. This place is six stars out of five in terms of value. Excellent quality, outstanding service at very reasonable prices. The two servers who alternated bringing food and checking on us, were both warm, considerate and inviting. They brought us all sorts of goodies on the house. Wow. Be sure you tip for the value you received, not for the modest bill you will be handed. I'll be back, for sure!

Great service and just a fun friendly family atmosphere. You really feel at home. Has a tiki dive bar feel. Owners are welcoming and always making sure we are okay. Huge bento boxes and the sushi is fresh. Definitely recommend those. There is a sushi bar, drinks, and plenty of food and music. Not the most obvious location, in the back of ranch 99, but easy to park. I would say some of the taste caters toward more American style Japanese, but nevertheless big portions. Good tempura. Great people.

Sushi Raku is an excellent restaurant. As soon as we walked in, we were treated like family. We tried their potstickers, sushi, ramen, and tried all the flavors of their soju. Everything we had was absolutely delicious! Our favorites were the edamame (it had a garlic chili sauce that took it to the next level), the salmon avocado sushi, cherry blossom roll, and power roll. It was an absolute dream come true. Thank you for an incredible dining experience!

I tried this place 3 times, first of all they have no A/C. Door remains open, and its hot AF.
The restaurant is actually dirty AF, menus and tables were sticky and moist.
The waitress doesn't know anything about the sushi rolls, I pointed out that the descriptions for 3 rolls were the same, and asked what was the difference, she said "look at picture". LOL. (pictures are blurry AF)
People claiming "best sushi in concord" haven't been out much, or they are simply rating the food by itself, not the environment or service. Food is way to pricey for this dirty, sweaty, sushi spot.
My flight friend treated me here for my birthday. First time at this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. Food was very good; they offered complimentary miso soup, house salad, and green tea ice cream! There's sufficient parking as well.
