I really wanted to like Chuan Fu Family Feast in Concord, but this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had.
The dishes — celery with tofu, twice-cooked pork, dry pot intestines, and spicy pig feet — were all poorly made. The food was mostly over-fried, flavorless, and even served cold inside.

The hygiene also seemed questionable, and honestly, this is not authentic food from my hometown.
We spent over $80 for two people and ended up with stomach issues afterward.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but people deserve to know the truth before visiting.

Free parking, clean place, safe neighborhood. The food was ok. Portions were not really big, but adequate. My issue was with the chili peppers in the kung Pao chicken. As the picture shows, there was way too many - and this is not chewable, you need to set them aside. There were so many chili peppers , it occupied 1/3 of the tiny individual serving plate.

After checking out the reviews, I ordered 3 entrees and fried rice online for delivery. Very disappointed as only 1 entree had any taste. The shrimp in the fried rice was soft and mushy the next day. Will not order from this restaurant again.

Best meal I had in a long time!!! Food was SO good. Service was fast and good. Got orange chicken, cucumber salad, and beef soup. Everything was top notch. Cheap too!!! Highly recommend, was just passing through lucky to have found this spot.

They like to try and fight their customers when the customer is in the right! They quite literally have an AMERICAN EXPRESS sticker on their door and when we went to pay for our take out they said they couldn’t take it! So we said oh well can you call someone higher up to check? The guy behind the counter tried to fight my partner!!! Are you kidding me!!! Soo extremely unprofessional!! Do not eat here unless you also are also looking to get in a physical fight!

As soon as you walked in the place is filled with the smell and aroma of the food.
Food was delicious. And good serving size
Potstickers are a little bland but you can taste the fresh ingredients and not oversized with huge amounts of dough.
Chicken corn soup was 10/10
Beef chow mein 10/10
Will be coming back!!!
We had so much leftover to take home and stuff was kind enough to pack up for us.
We will be back

If you're craving for or brave enough to try Szechuan dishes, this is the place for you.

Good and tasty selections, cooked well and plated nice and pretty. You can request to tone down the spiciness of the food to your liking.
