Taking down 2 stars bc they use high fructose corn syrup in their drinks, a big no for me in terms of quality and overall health. Have stopped coming here since I found out. Sometimes the taste was overwhelmingly there.

The chicken katsu is not katsu at all. It's like Safeway chicken strips with katsu sauce and rice is mushy. Cooked with too much water. Mozzarella sticks and elegant rose tea is perfect.

I love it in here, it's a nice place with amazing vibe to hangout in group! I wanted my drink customized outside the menu and staff was so nice to make it happen. In addition to drinks, their curly fries and popcorn chicken are bomb! Highly recommend this place!

This is not my favorite T4 in the area. Their mango crema is not the same as the T4 in Walnut Creek. It's less salty which is weird because I think the drink is technically a Salted Creama. If you order through Door Dash, just know that their options are more limited there than the Walnut Creek T4.Anywhoo, I do go to this T4 when it's the closer options and they've never gotten a drink wrong.

I ordered an Earl Gray Milk Tea and it tasted extremely watered down. I went back to the store and asked them to remake it. The person in the front taking the orders was nice and apologetic hence the 2 stars but the person making the drinks gave me dirty looks. I'm not sure why as I was polite when asking if they could remake my drink. When I got my drink the second time, it was slightly better (had good sweet and milk flavor) but again seemed watered down (most likely the tea). I've been to many T4s locations and none of them taste like this. I felt extremely uncomfortable by the person who made the drinks and did not bother going back a third time. Very unfortunate since I'm fan of T4.

I always ordered a Jasmine Green Milk tea w/boba, but they always failed.. I'm not a type of person return drinks but I'm hoping they boost up their game. The CS is great so is their snacks options.
