This was the second time using a special promotion where you buy one item and you get three free crispy tacos.the first time we had very little issue using the promotion (major additude from their lead). Today my daughter and I received another promotional coupon from the night before. We made two separate orders per promotion. Same crew helped us. This time they tried to give me one taco and my daughter two. Both receipts clearly shows the promo as get three tacos with one item purchase. Now this is the same lead from our first vist and now she is making her own rules. Poor form. We will be back but next time the DM will be informed. Do better!

We had to pull over because the 7 11 didn't have any bathroom. We asked them if we could use the bathroom but we had to pay for something. So we got a drink and the transaction was ok. The drink was green and it tasted good. The service was mostly empty and all the tables were empty

It’s really frustrating how stingy this Taco Bell is with how they make their food using the least amount of meat beans and cheese possible. As well as the amount of Taco Bell sauce they’ll give you I’ve never seen a fast food franchise so stingy. Honestly it’s really annoying as this is one of the only taco bells that’s does this.

Good taco bell but I tend to see homeless go inside and use the restroom for a while quite often, and the service speed is decent but I've been to others that were faster.

Check your order before you leave the drive-thru. We had to clarify our order 3x, saying we wanted beans only, no meat on the nachos bell grande. We get home and my nachos only have meat, no beans. We also ordered a bean and rice burrito. What do they give us? Rice and ground beef burrito. Again, not what we ordered or what was on the screen.

They’re closed for renovations. However, they don’t have the drive thru blocked off at all or any kind of sign on the drive thru menu/speaker to inform anyone that they are closed. The only sign is a teeny tiny sign on the front doors that you can only read if you walk up to the doors. I watched at least 5 other cars after me try to go through the drive thru with no idea that the whole restaurant was closed. Poor management of a scheduled renovation.

We live close by and this is one of the best Taco Bell's in the concord area. They do get busy sometimes though so depending when you go can take a minute to get your food.
