Went on my lunch break. First time in a while drive thru attendant was very dry I couldn't understand anything he said I kept having to ask him to repeat himself but communication was horrible. Next I get to the window asked again what was he asking me. But communication was just poor no effort nor enthusiasm. I finally gave up. I get my food and head back to work. I grabbed my drink I'd ordered and to my surprise there was barely any ice my drink was partially warm. I get back to work and prepare to eat my lunch only to find out that my fries and nuggets were dry and I had no napkins Horrible experience. Too many mistakes .. I don't recommend this Taco Bell at all.

They gave me a taco instead of a chalupa and my burrito was all lettuce and the girl at the counter try to tell me that's how it comes a rip off owner needs to straighten out his employees never going back

THE WORST DRIVE THRU SETUP ever. Who the hell designed the drive thru? Seriously. It is SO narrow and the turns so sharp that you're gonna curb your wheels almost guaranteed. And once you are in you can't go out. Curbed my new car rims and I never curb them ever.
The food and service was fine. But never coming to the drive thru again.
Ordered some quesadillas for takeout took the order back in cuz they didn't put everything on there that I ordered and then had to argue with the manager for probably 5 minutes to get it straightened out and get actually what I ordered double check your order before you leave I did get the order fixed but it was a hassle

Totally unprofessional at this location took me almost 20 minutes to pay for my order that I had already ordered on the kiosk after calling for somebody to come from the back to help four times then when somebody did come, she was very unprofessional snatch the money out of my hand And then went in the back talking shit about me in Spanish like I don’t know how to speak Spanish because my skin color is white I have posted the receipt with the cashiers name on it that was very unprofessional in hopes that at least someone at this location will be held accountable for the unprofessionalism
