This is my first time here! Honestly I didn’t expect how delicious it was! You can choose your own Nabe which is good too! I ordered lam pot, inside has enough meat and vegetables and if you want you can add. Original portion is very good enough and satisfy!! If you like spicy , choose extra spicy I choose medium spicy which is not so spicy. Also customer service was very good even they are pretty busy!

I went there with someone for dinner. We paid around $72.5 including $7.5 in tips. I generally pay 20% in tips for a dine in dinner, however, I didn't like that when I asked them for a fork they gave me plastic forks! Why am I paying you such high prices if you are going to offer plastic cutlery at your restaurant? Also, I didn't like that they are trying to cut the staff short with having us order online by scanning a QR code. Then, they show tips prices for 15%, 18%, and 20% on the check as guidelines.

This is our first time visiting this place. This was actually our first time trying hot pot and the lady who assisted us walked us through it in a kind manner. We tried the #1 and #7 pot, and I loved every bite! They provided complimentary green or black tea and fried chicken skins. We also tried the Thai tea and rose milk tea. They served us fast which is a plus! Great customer service.

I got the lamb hot pot with instant noodles, it was very tasty. The service was outstanding. This is an awesome place to come and check out if you love hot pot and tea. This place treats you very well, they give complimentary delicious tea and two free appetizers during lunch! Definitely will come here again with friends!

Been here a few times. The portion does not dissapoint. I ordered the beef hot pot this time. All the way spicy. Had to add extra Chilli oil for that extra kick. The portion is really big enough to share with another person. We also ordered chicken skin and calamari for appetizers. A must try! I did notice the price go up a bit from last time I was here but it wasn't a problem since like I said their portion is ?.

I am a big fan of Tasty Pot. I have been to different locations like San Jose, Santa Clara and Berkeley. Concord is my go-to location. The food is great and the service is good. Though this location could be better if they use silverware utensils instead of one time use plastic ones. It was quite uncomfortable to use a thin plastic spoon in a boiling hot soup. Also for environmental friendly reason, one time plastic utensils is not a good choice. :)
