Please call in your order. 35 minute wait time because they prioritize Door dash and online orders. They won't even tell you if the wait is long, you'll find out yourself after the wait.

Tasty Szechuan is one of the better Sichuan-style restaurants in the East Bay north of Fremont. The service is friendly, and there are a few dishes we enjoy. In particular, the stir-fried garlic scapes with cured pork (蒜苔炒腊肉) and the mala beef (麻辣牛肉) stood out. The mala beef is a newer dish on the menu—flavorful, though a bit chewy. Overall, this is a place we visit fairly often, mainly because of its convenient location.

Tasty Szechuan...LOVE this place. Wait staff is always friendly. We enjoy garlic pepper fish, grilled cauliflower, green beans and chicken, crab fried rice. Big portions. Always yummy. Always welcoming. Always leftovers to enjoy tomorrow 🙂🙂

Ordered food for take out. It’s been an hour and it’s still not ready. It’s 8:05pm. Unacceptable.

Best Won Ton soup ever!! Just got the Chicken chow fun and it's honestly one of the best ones I've had.

When it first opened it felt like there were some hiccups. Not all my meals were the best then. But I'm very glad I kept getting food from them because my last 5 meals there have all been terrific. I can't wait to go back and try something else.

Very lovely little restaurant. Everything was delicious and felt homemade. The fried shrimp were some of the best I've had and the dumplings were amazing. Great for a family dinner or with friends. Highly recommend.

Best service in Walnut Creek. Nice environment, authentic Chinese food, many choices!

We’ve been to this Chinese restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The service is very slow, and the food is just not tasty at all.

They do offer complimentary tea and peanuts, which is a nice gesture, but it doesn’t make up for the rest. We ordered crab fried rice, but it was basically just plain rice — barely any crab in it, which felt misleading, especially considering the prices aren’t cheap.

Overall, not worth it. We won’t be going back.
