Absolutely love this boba chain. I would recommend the Thai tea if you want something calmer - it’s what I always get - or if you want something fresher, the ladybug or guava sunset is also good.

It is a bubble tea shop located on a busy area right next to Todos Santos Plaza Concord. A lot of selections of boba milktea and some pastries. I ordered a caramel cream with boba and I love it. No waiting time as I went early after opening time.

I tried the silky mango one with boba, it was really good! The only thing I didn't like from here is how long it took. I was standing in line for 30 minutes, because some people were cutting the line, so I couldn't order. I understand that they took too long because there was too many people though. I liked how it's cheap, like, it's a large and it was $6.50, good deal! 5 stars! ?❤️ I'd come back.
