Portions getting SMALLER while price going UP. This will be the last time I will eat there. But hey! I can't complain about the Spumoni ice cream.

We used to love this place and we hadn't been here in quite some time. So since I had an appointment out in Concord I decided to stop off and take home dinner. While I was waiting for my takeout order, I saw two groups come in and wait to be seated. They both threw up their hands in disgust and left and one guy came out saying they had been at the table for over 30 minutes and didn't even have water. So what I'd like to say is the facility hasn't changed and I suspect they are severely short-staffed. It just seemed to take forever for everything.
On the other hand, their food is as good as ever. The portions are a little bit smaller, but that's to be expected given the inflation right now. But we were all delighted that our favorites tasted just as good as they always did! The people who do work there are very friendly and try very hard. I just think they're short-staffed

The Old Spaghetti Factory has been a family spot for us for years! Now that we have moved out of state it is a tradition to have our last nights dinner in CA here with the entire family. Last night (12-28) we did just that. Our experience was wonderful, our party size is 12, 4 kids and my elderly parents! Our waiter was Nate and he was absolutely AWESOME!! It is truly refreshing to have the same great food, atmosphere and service we have come to expect. Keep up the good work!!

Been here a few times recently and every time was delicious. I had the chicken parm which was delicious. My Dad had spaghetti and meatballs, and our friend had chicken mars a la. They both loved their dinners. Overall a great time.

Ordered to go on or about the 21st of June, and I needed 6 entrees, complete with salad and soup. I understood it mightve been a rather large order, so I was sure to check with the server that my order was correct prior to completion of my order and hanging up the phone. Got to the restaurant and confirmed again (2nd time) that I had all 6 entrees and that they presumably took their time to count all 6, seeing as how I asked the server again if it was my order and if they got the entirety of it. With conviction the server prompted me that I had all I ordered, including the spumoni and soups/salads. I tipped her a few bucks. I drive back home 15 minutes, and as I place it on the table, I notice a giant pool of liquid in my bag. Somebody had placed my soups upside down in a brown paper bag facing right side up and half my food was soaked with minestrone, and one entree was missing. After placing a callback on the service rendered, I was informed I hadn't order 6 entrees, but 6 items, and 5 entrees including. All though I had to drive back for my correct order, correctly placed this time, the manager Megan, made right by the restaurant and served my entire order again, to go, free of charge or mess. Would order again, but not largely.

Three course meal good value.

I always love love love this place...for like 25 years!! Def a go to. Pasta, salad/soup, bread, and ice cream for like 20.00. Cant beat it. Love the atmosphere.

There is no place like The Old Spaghetti Factory.. Came here with my family, a group of 12. They easily accommodated our big group to one table with no issues. Our waitress was really attentive and exact on our orders from the menu. The food was really tasty and reasonably priced. The evening went flawless, despite having some kids under 7 with us. I had the same smooth experience at the San Diego location as well.

Its been 3 yrs since the last time we celebrated at this location and it was as winderful today as it has always been. This is always a special treat and having everyone together after all this time was great.
