I Was astonished to say the least ,, I inquired about the Happy Hour , Wich brought Us In initially (* which was POSTED IN WINDOW $ 7.99 drink an sandwich etc..Clearly ..*( posters and up on menu board* DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ,!??About that..! Hmm,, should had walked out. !!Pass if you want a good sandwich rather go to Safeway ! !! Now I know why THIS LOCATION is dead /. Safeway / Subway anywhere .. lol ..,$ 7.99 bigger and twice as much ..Togos is dead !!! *( at least this location ,, btw took FOREVER there Was No Customers..

Sandwiches were good and we ate in. A major concern, though. The paper cups for the soda fountain smelled like eggs, maybe raw chicken, when we received them from the cashier and all the way to the soda fountain. Afterward, I popped two Tylenol as soon as I got home just in case. It was a hot day outside so we sat inside. I think the temp inside might have been about 80. It was quite warm.

Tried the new pastrami cheese steak today verry Disappointed the Pastrami was like Chewing rawhide.

Do not order from this Togo's on GrubHub usually their salami sandwich is loaded with meat coming out the sides. Today, i guess since i didnt get to watch them, this DRY sandwich was skimpy on EVERYTHING!! there was not even enough meat for each bite, and had only one slice of cheese folded over. Did I say it was DRY?! When you ask for extra mayo, please at least put mayo on it!! Very disappointed!

Severely understaffed. Waited 30 minutes today just to get a sandwich. Should've left like the other people but I moved up once place thinking there were other workers here. There is only one person here at lunch time. A complete waste of my lunch hour!!

The food is good but 50 percent of the time I order online and my food is not ready. It is 1150 and my order was promised at 1134. If I wanted to wait around I would have stood in line.

Oh my gosh! Today was my first time eating here and it’s much better than Jersey mikes or subway, I got The Italian and it was delicious! I had to come twice because it was THAT good I highly suggest that you come here.
I got the Asian chicken wrap and it was so delicious so fulfilling and was only $6.50 well worth the money

Very slow we arrived at 11:17 am We asked for 4 sandwiches to go. We exited at 12:05 . The person making the sandwiches made one sandwiches at a time and 2 were the same sandwiches made the same way. Just need to work on time.

Ordered via app, 2 sandwiches, roast beef pastrami and turkey combos. They called said they were out of roast beef. I asked them to use ham instead. Upon opening sandwiches away from the restaurant, found ham and turkey but now no pastrami. Contacted Togo's via customer service app. NO response.

I just had a delivery of a Tuna Melt and my old favorite, #24 Turkey and Avocado from Willow Pass Rd. Togos. The turkey and avocado had no avocado...so I called the store. "We ran out of avocado." was the response. I asked for a refund. They said if I want a refund I have to call DoorDash. I told him DoorDash doesn't know you ran out of avocado, they just deliver the stuff. "You have to call DoorDash" was all I got. He didn't even seem to care. Really substandard customer service. Boo and a Hiss...or a Hass...or the lack thereof. Going with Clayton Rd. next time. Hopefully not the same owners.
