I get sandwiches here and normally they are amazing. But this last time is was not. Only half the bread was used for the sandwich. Half tasted ok the other just bread. Terrible just two girls there--no idea why it was bad!!

Doordashed one sandwich for lunch and when I unwrapped it it was a mere 1/4 portion of what used to be a regular sandwich!! One piece of turkey, one slice of cheese and I ordered extra dressing and nothing not even mustard or mayonnaise. Dry dry dry and all bread. For 20 dollars this was a disgrace. I was a loyal customer for years but after this looks like I'll be a Mr. Pickles girl from now on.

They need to pay closer attention on door dash orders and to the options they offer. I ordered no onion on my ham and turkey and they put extra!! I'm allergic and had to toss the whole entire sandwich. Still hungry and have no more extra money!!

Horrible customer service did not greet me, say hey or anything I has to ask where to order. Also employee was busy making other orders did not explain this. It was also hard to understand employee due to language barriers. I left and said sorry this customer service is not okay. Thanks!

My husband and I just finished our lunch at Togo’s and we both were very impressed with how fresh all the ingredients were, but especially the bread. We had great service, and the best pastrami sandwiches that we’ve ever had. Thank you for a lunch that was delicious and worth every penny.

Payed 35 bucks for two large sandwiches ok whatever 15 each plus tax for a good hot sandwiches find by me but not what I got didn't realize it til I got home bread wasn't toasted cold soggy killed my whole vibe n just plan made me mad ruin my lunch

TOGOs has gone way downhill. Got Large Hot Pastrami $17.65! Menu posted said 16.95. Pastrami was all gristle and fat. Cheese was not melted. Server put minimal cheese and lettuce on sandwich. I had to ask for more lettuce and server seemed put out by this. Meat was weighed. I bought gristle and fat.The only part of the sandwich good was the whole wheat bread. Won't be back to Concord location. Don't waste your money.
I ordered a variety of sandwiches for a luncheon and it's quality, freshness, flavors were delicious. Everyone said there was a meal in one sandwich because it was filling. Service prompt, cheerful, excellent. Treat Blvd is the best place!
Vegetarian options: Tuna sandwich, totally delicious and vegetables in another, fresh and crunchy good.
