Me and my husband came to this place a few months ago, the food was alright. My husband order some boneless wings but they weren’t cooked all the way through, the food took a while to make, and I understand that. The taste wasn’t the best. What I really enjoy was the fries.

Thought I would try this place for the first time, being a fan of chicken, wings, ect. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant. But the food was disappointing. Ordered several different chicken dishes and they were too dry and greasy for our taste.I've tried the similar restaurant Monster Wings just 1 block over from here and they just flavor their chicken better in my opinion.Bathrooms were also very unclean.Parking: There is free street parking with 1 hour time limit. Plenty of spaces were available when we went.
Me and the wife dropped by for a quick bite to eat . The food looks amazing . The results did not match the photos . The service was bad and our order was messed up twice . The ordering process is confusing. You don't know if you order at the table or counter .

Not a "Hello". Just, "Are you picking up?" My response, " I was walking by and thought I'd stop in to try your menu". I had to wait for the young lady finish her text before going to cook my meal. I ordered the Quick special chicken & garlic fries. The fries greasy as heck and over cooked. The garlic was burnt and I just couldn't eat them. Chicken was okay. I won't be back. Dissappointed!!. I really want my money back.

Upscaled fast food served slow. The food was very good and the portions are very large. They under sauce for the sake of presentation. Good food. Priced to match a portion size I didn't really want. And the sides are skimpy.

Tips for potential customers:. Do not bother ordering ahead.Waited 50 minutes for my order. Yes, I was in the store waiting for 50 minutes with at least 7 other customers waiting for our order. I knew it was going to be busy on Superbowl Sunday, so I called in the order more than a day before. I even called again about 4 hours before picking up to make sure the order will be ready. When I finally showed up of course they didn't have it ready. They said 10 more minutes, and took actually 50 minutes.To the management, if you can't understand an order placed way ahead need to ready, what's the point of taking orders? If my order is not ready as promised at my pick up time, you put in on the front of the queue and make it next.It's a total failure at the owner management level. Thank those who were willing to work during this time it was hell for them employees. Angry customers staring them down. I hope they get paid enough. The owner probably was at home watching Superbowl himself.I saw one couple came in to dine in at the restaurant the same time I came in. They had only their appetizer served by the time I left.

Workers are extremely slow! Placed my phone order, came on time and waited an additional 50 mins until my small order was ready. Either they forgot my order or didn't put it in but not acceptable either way.

Never had any issues with Von's before but first time ordering from this branch. Can't believe how bad the quality is from this branch. Ordered a full order of crispy fried chicken, received a box of rock hard chicken jerky. Never ordering from this branch again.

Crunchy Wings (half order) Honey Butter Wings (half order) Padak Wings (quick special) Garlic Fries Fried pot Stickers 2 beers: Stella & the Cider on on tap Everything tasted great!! With the exception of the pot stickers which seemed like frozen, not made in-house, and weren't very good in taste or texture. Would not order those again. The padak wings are a mild version of Wasabi, and somehow they manage to capture the essence of it without the overpowering spiciness!! Pretty cool flavor. The crunchy wings and the honey butter wings were our favorites on this visit... SUPER crispy & delicious!! Definitely recommend

Twice I've tried ordering from here online. I get an acceptance of the order by Vons and then a status telling me food is on the way. Then, nothing shows up. According to the app customer service, Vons cancelled and didn't bother updating anything so I had no way of knowing to move on without wasting an hour. They allow mobile ordering but are incapable of following through and being respectful people's time.

The chicken is pretty good. On par with other chicken place's in the area. But they don't give good estimations for wait time. I ordered on the phone and I got there 5 min after my order was supposed to be ready. I waited another 25 min. I asked a couple times and they just kept saying 'it's almost ready'. If you forgot my order, just tell me. Honest communication goes along way. Poor communication will cost you business, starting with mine.

I was hoping to find something close to Bon Chon and Google suggested this place on Maps. So this my first time coming to this place in which I ordered ahead and picked up for to go. Did when I arrived, my order wasn’t complete at the pickup time I selected. My order was Vons special sauce drums w/ honey butter fries. Once I got home, I discovered that my chicken wasn’t fully cooked. I was disappointed especially with how expensive a single meal is. The fries were tasty that had a sweet flavor to it. The flavor reminded me of kettle corn. The coleslaw was good. Overall, I don’t see myself coming back:
