I asked for water so I can take an important medication and they handed me an empty cup. Basically denied filling it unless I purchased a water bottle. What has this world come to. Gave 3 stars for food because they seemed to be working hard to make fresh food. I was going to order from them but given their incredibly non empathetic service, I think not.

I have been coming to this place for about 3 years and I’ve never been disappointed of the quality and great service. One can tell when the food is fresh and hasn’t been sitting for a while. Plus the people working there are great with their service, specially the guy named Eduardo. He is always very polite and always has a smile to greet you! You guys rock!

Honestly, the worse Wetzel Pretzel I've came across in my life. Staff didn't seem enthusiastic to work there judging by their demeanor and work speed. There were also burnt bits of pretzels, I can only assume, that were on the floor where they dress the pretzels with butter and toppings.Their "Sinful Cinnamon" was more like "Sinful Sugar" because there was hardly any cinnamon. I LOVE Wetzel Pretzel's cinnamon pretzels, but this particular place needs to work on their sugar-to-cinnamon ratio. Trying my luck at the stand instead of the actual shop next time.This is more of a personal gripe, but what is up with the price difference between their gourmet pretzel and gourmet bits?! $6.99 for a cinnamon pretzel vs $9.99 for the cinnamon bits? That's a 40% price difference for almost the same amount of pretzel by weight. My local mall sells them at a $5.99 to $7.49 ratio, which to me justifies its price difference.

The Walnut Creek location for the same franchise taste 100 times better. I don’t know what’s the exact problem here but the dough is almost never baked well, plus they put too much oil if you asked to sprinkle a bit salt over it, love the pretzel but they need to step up if they want a better review

Horrible customer service I visit 11/27/2022 1115am bought pretzels bites. There was no butter ready for pretzels I ask is it possible to substitute for cheddar dip. Response was no. Also, I Informed that before customer buys pretzels customer should have been informed of no butter being ready at time. Usually in customer service if something not available that is usually offered there should have been some substitute or discount. Cashier name was Sara. I will inform District Manger as well.
