I have been coming to this place for about 3 years and I’ve never been disappointed of the quality and great service. One can tell when the food is fresh and hasn’t been sitting for a while. Plus the people working there are great with their service, specially the guy named Eduardo. He is always very polite and always has a smile to greet you! You guys rock!

Honestly, the worse Wetzel Pretzel I've came across in my life. Staff didn't seem enthusiastic to work there judging by their demeanor and work speed. There were also burnt bits of pretzels, I can only assume, that were on the floor where they dress the pretzels with butter and toppings.Their "Sinful Cinnamon" was more like "Sinful Sugar" because there was hardly any cinnamon. I LOVE Wetzel Pretzel's cinnamon pretzels, but this particular place needs to work on their sugar-to-cinnamon ratio. Trying my luck at the stand instead of the actual shop next time.This is more of a personal gripe, but what is up with the price difference between their gourmet pretzel and gourmet bits?! $6.99 for a cinnamon pretzel vs $9.99 for the cinnamon bits? That's a 40% price difference for almost the same amount of pretzel by weight. My local mall sells them at a $5.99 to $7.49 ratio, which to me justifies its price difference.

The Walnut Creek location for the same franchise taste 100 times better. I don’t know what’s the exact problem here but the dough is almost never baked well, plus they put too much oil if you asked to sprinkle a bit salt over it, love the pretzel but they need to step up if they want a better review

This is my first time trying Wetzel pretzels and it was quite a disappointment. The smell of the food initially got me to try this out while I was shopping jn the mall. I ordered a salted pretzel which I got my order very quickly. When taking the first bite the Wetzel Pretzel was only lukewarm and did not taste fresh at all. In addition it tasted too doughy. With the price tag that comes with it I am even more disappointed. My critique for this place would be reheating the Wetzel pretzel for your customers especially when the bread is just sitting out there for hours to ensure that all customers get a fresh bite.

Horrible customer service I visit 11/27/2022 1115am bought pretzels bites. There was no butter ready for pretzels I ask is it possible to substitute for cheddar dip. Response was no. Also, I Informed that before customer buys pretzels customer should have been informed of no butter being ready at time. Usually in customer service if something not available that is usually offered there should have been some substitute or discount. Cashier name was Sara. I will inform District Manger as well.

honestly, one of the worst pretzels ever . recently when i have been eating here the pretzels have been hard as a rock and arent fresh . when i asked for a manager or refund they just looked at me and laughed with their coworkers . rude and horrible customer service

Service was quick... too quick. I looked at my bank statement the day after our trip to the mall and was shocked that our order (2 pretzels, 1 medium drink, 1 bottle of water) totaled over $30. The transaction happened very fast and I was obviously overcharged. Also, the expensive pretzels were neither fresh nor salted. Buyer beware!

The staff are doing some shady business. They said they were only accepting cash at the time and wouldn't show the menu on the screen so I couldn't see how much the prices were. I only ordered a regular size lemonade and told me it costs $5. That's too pricy for a regular size drink. I could've gone somewhere else to get a drink for cheaper price but I was too thirsty and just bought it. I asked why they're only accepting cash, and they never answered my question. I checked online for menu prices and it cost $3.69 for a regular drink. Whoever owns the business needs to check the staff what they are up to.

I was thrilled to come to the mall and indulge myself with a pretzel. Especially at the top of the afternoon, I was expecting a fresh hot pretzel in anticipation of the lunch rush. Boy was I wrong! The worst $15 I've ever spent. I got the jalapeño cheese pretzel and it was the only one in the box. I asked if any fresh ones were coming out and the employee said "no". Not a time or an ask if I'd like to wait for the fresh one. With my stomach talking at me, I just settled. While my brother got the jalapeño hot dog. They both were hard as rocks. We went back to request for a fresh one and she just gave us our money back straight up. I insisted for a fresh one and she said she'll just give us our money back. I didn't want to argue or disrespect so I took the money. Make sure to advocate for fresh pretzels for that amount of money

This Wetzel's Pretzels is located on the first floor of the Concord Sunvalley Mall and there's always a long line, now a socially distanced line where you can smell the aromas of the pretzels. They had an advertisement for their mini cheese dogs but they didn't have them ready unfortunately. The workers are always making more pretzels but sometimes the pretzels are a little bit hard but for the most part fresh. Always a nice pick me up while shopping. I personally like their pepperoni and jalapeño pizza pretzel with some nacho cheese. I feel like their flavored pretzels are better than the plain ones.
