I order off uber eats. Didn't know i could change the location of the place it comes from until today. Every time I have ordered from them it's been this location, and every time there is something wrong with my order. I really look forward to the fries and all for extra seasoning, I either don't get any seasoning or they just don't pack in my fries. So i have tried to call them and ask for my order to be made correctly but i never get to talk to anyone, they don't pick up. Hope other locations are better.

People don't trust this location they trick people by not giving an option for small drinks you get charged actually more this location also closes before there actually time to close they don't serve any water cups for customers and they lack customer service this is the only wing stop that doesn't take phone calls at all they also refuse the right to use the restroom i think by far one of the worst places to go specially if your going with your family people here are so rude specially this short guy i think his name was Jayson or something but yea people dont get fooled

I been here twice this week since the night cooks have been doing an amazing job ! The place is superr clean 👌! Hopefully dirty messy customers don’t mess it up 😒! The service was quick and professional… i am happy with this location than the pleasant hill one 👎🏼

This is the WORST customer service ever!! I came in at 10pm to order to go they said they can’t take my order that I had to order online. I asked to use the restroom they said No. I told them it was an emergency they said “No we already cleaned it” I told them I wasn’t ganna make a mess & they still said no. Both of the lady’s were very rude

Don't go here! I had a cashier named Fatima take my order and I didnt realize she upcharge me. She looked very unprofessional and her belly out with her underwear showing. I should have walked away and never completed the order due to her appearance and customer service. When we received the order we were missing the fries and she had upcharged us for a large fry when I never asked for one and upcharge my drink when I didn't ask. I don't understand why she did that. The register is also broken so you can't tell if they are actually ringing you up correctly. Avoid this location if you can and if Fatima is taking your order make sure to question her or just order through the app.

Wanted a late night meal after a concert at the Concord Pavilion and there were a lot of us that got in upon closing. I think the workers were not prepared for that. The bathroom was closed but the food didn’t take too long. We ordered the 15 pieces for two- lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan bone in with fries and it comes with 2 drinks. And we also got ranch and honey mustard to go with it. I really enjoy wing stop fries, but we felt like we got the crumbs/end of a bag. Overall the food was good, the person at the register was about to be off and the workers said to try to come earlier next time before we left. Parking is easy since it’s located in a shopping plaza.
