They gave my order to someone else and had to remake it so I had to wait another 30minutes.
They didn’t even offer a discount given they screwed up and wasted my time.

Dining area was less than perfect. It seemed that it could use some attention in regard to cleanliness. There were random pieces of garbage on the floors and surfaces. Example straw wrappers, food particles, and plastic lids. I would suggest a cleaner dining area. Bathroom was clean, but the paper towel dispenser was broken and empty. There was however an air blower. French fries were fresh and crispy.

Why do I have to wait 45 minutes for 10 wings?

I finally docided to try this fast food company to realized i had not waisted my precious time. Food was absolutely horribe. The fries were slices of hard salt the chocken burnt and mediocre. First i wasnt acknowledged at the register for a while. There was no napkings or trash bins. Employee only spoke spanish (no problem there) but customers were treated kind of rudely with no appreciation. I shall remember my experience everytime i see a wingstop. Wingstop! dont come in

WORST EVER SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION VERY RUDE ALMOST RETURNED FOOD AND NO SAUCE IS WRONG TO OVER PAY AND NO RANCH STAY WAY FROM HERE THE MANGER WAS RUDE ASWELL.

They got my order wrong I asked for original hot and instead I got lemon pepper also I was standing there waiting for 5 minutes and the employers tried to act like they didn’t see me. I shouldn’t have to shout excuse me to get their attention when they’re 5 employers there..

Cashier was rude. Saw me holding cash and didn’t tell me till I was finished ordering that they don’t accept cash. Paid in card and asked for extra seasoning on my fries, got a pile of salt instead to the point it’s disgusting. Over 40minute wait too.

Horrible Location!!! They stop answering the phone and taking orders an Hr before they close…. Literally walked in to order since the app is trash and they refused to take my order! Entire team just standing around…. Whole lactation needs to be closed! Entire staff should be fired!!!

The cashier named Robert was very hostile and passive aggressive and made passive comments. My order came out to almost $100 dollars and I paid cash. I gave him a $100 bill and he could not break it so I had to get other bills. I did not receive change. Waited almost an hour for my order. We finally get our food and I had purchased a large tub of ranch along with others. When I checked my bags it was no ranch. Robert then proceeded to only give us 5 small containers of ranch and said it equaled up to the cup size. I asked for the cup because I could tell 5 small containers did not equal up to a full cup. He confidently said yes it did in a rude tone so I poured all 5 and it did not even equal up to halfway. So he gave only 2 more and it still did not fill it up fully. I asked him why he couldn’t fill it up if they had cups and a cover and he said with a very rude attitude “because that’s just how it comes.” Overall bad experience and very rude customer service. Do better wingstop. This is not the first time I have experienced bad customer service with your company either.

It cost $26 for an 8pc lunch combo. What the hell? That is about $3/wing and I know they get them for no more than $1.99/ pound. Can't be much for bulk carrots and celery.

I used to go to wing stop often. No more after this! It took a while to get my food as well. People ordered in advance because of how long they take to serve the order. However, there employee came right out for his lunch break with his food. The rest of us have to order lunch and scarf down the food in order to make it back during a lunch hour.

Am I overreacting? These prices and services are getting out of hand.

Had to repeat my order three times. Tried to pay initially and the transaction canceled while the clerk kept touching keys on the register. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Only one other customer was there as well. Finally got my bagged order, drove home 25 minutes away and opened once I got home. Order was WRONG. Chicken was 10 small OVERFRIED TINY NUGGETS and 4 crispy tenders which were deep fried waaaaaaaaaaY too long and too hard to even bite. I order wings WITH THE BONE IN/CLASSIC combo.
Tried calling for over an hour starting at 10:00 pm and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. SOOOOOOO FRUSTRATED and disappointed. Terrible management style.

Went in for a "see you later" dinner, but this wingstop said "goodbye!"
We ordered two combos and one chicken sandwich. The combos come out and we waited for the chicken sandwich...15 minutes go by NOTHING. Alright, friend gets up to check, guy says five minutes. Cool we wait, friend get up to get a drink and our other friend checks in... guys says fifteen minutes. Oh! Well that took an unexpected turn...friend says he'll be patient. I will not bore you with the rest of the details. The total wait was 1 hour 20 minutes and NO SANDWICH IN SIGHT!!!!!!!!! So friend goes to ask for a refund and guy has the damn nerve to say,"Imma get that started for you right now." Uhm, NO. My friend kindly asked for his refund, guy says it'll take three days cause it was a card. Mind you he could've handed us cash, but he decides to be bold and say back to the card(it was debit).
So maybe it was the time, maybe it was the guy...maybe we're just saying goodbye. Cause 1:20 is too long a wait for a sandwich.
