Worth a stop if you're in the area for some delicious comfort food. The only difficulty eating here could be parking in a busy day, the shopping center is bustling because of the Mexican Grocery, Ranch 99, and all the delicious restaurants in this plaza.

Great place to go if you’re craving congee and/or rice noodle roll! Plenty of parking and the inside of the restaurant is clean and updated.

We decided to try this place because they have dim sum and they have rice noodle rolls which I generally like. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere was good. Food was good. I'd give it an excellent except we decided to try the dried shrimp and scallion rice noodle roll? I had forgotten how fishy dried shrimp are and the flavor was nasty and permeated the entire roll. Obviously slated towards a different pallet. So if you like that sort of thing great and I do recommend the restaurant

They have a large selection of rice noodles, more than other restaurants. The rice noodles are very smooth and light. They also have a good variety of congee which was also very good. Service is excellent and there is plenty of parking.

This little rice noodle shop delivers on its brand. It’s an Asian chain restaurant known for fresh, delicious, perfectly prepared rice rolls. This new branch in Concord lives up to the chain’s reputation. In addition to delicate rice rolls with about 10 different fillings, they also offer a small selection of traditional dim sum dishes. Everything came out fresh and perfectly prepared. The flavors were authentic and well seasoned. So happy Yin Ji Chang Fen expanded to Concord. Delicious food, nice and clean new store location, with ample parking.
