This is my favorite restaurant of all time. The best service and best food of all time.
I had never come here until I met my wife who is Chinese and she took me here. The Li Wan Style congee is excellent and Hong Kong milk tea is sooooo good. Must also try the dough stick rice noodle roll!!!

The restaurant was clean, organized and staff were professional. Menu had a good selection of standard dim sum items with rice rolls and congee as their highlighted items. We ordered three different rice rolls: Chinese doughnut, oyster and egg, and minced beef with vegetable. Most were delicious, although the oyster flavour was quite strong, but it was more interesting to see the different rice texture from each variation. In addition for side dishes, the fried tofu was a good crispy snack and I would pass on the black bean spare ribs (overcooked). Overall, it was a good experience with decent pricing. Note: after 12:30pm the restaurant was full.

The restaurant had really good customer service but the food was not great. They were not nearly as fresh and tasty as the Pleasanton location and the beef tasted so dry with a weird sense of alcohol in it. Overall would not recommend.

The food is good, but the pictures are a bit misleading. Let me explain. I came here with my mother. She likes ginger, I absolutely cannot eat them without gagging. We were not that hungry so wanted to share a congee. I didn't order it without ginger because my mother likes it and also because the images on the menu make it appear as if they come separately. Well, they don't, it's all mixed into the congee. So if anyone else has an aversion to any of the extras like scallions, cilantro, or ginger, please know that unlike the pictures they are all mixed in, so order accordingly.

While having lunch here with my father last week, my father was actively being laughed at and ridiculed by the two waiters on shift. I was clearly able to understand certain derogatory remarks and gestures due to his physical injuries.

Worth a stop if you're in the area for some delicious comfort food. The only difficulty eating here could be parking in a busy day, the shopping center is bustling because of the Mexican Grocery, Ranch 99, and all the delicious restaurants in this plaza.

Great place to go if you’re craving congee and/or rice noodle roll! Plenty of parking and the inside of the restaurant is clean and updated.
Parking: Restaurant is located right beside 85degree bakery. You’ll then see the big parking lot

We decided to try this place because they have dim sum and they have rice noodle rolls which I generally like. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere was good. Food was good. I'd give it an excellent except we decided to try the dried shrimp and scallion rice noodle roll? I had forgotten how fishy dried shrimp are and the flavor was nasty and permeated the entire roll. Obviously slated towards a different pallet. So if you like that sort of thing great and I do recommend the restaurant
