Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

Fat burger is a dry patty on a Walmart bun. Disappointed. Great customer service though. Definitely not coming back. it is a large version of In n Out.

Food was good, the person taking the order just seemed like he really disliked his job, he was a young fellow with blonde hair and kind of a rough complexion, as soon as I walked up to the register there was no greeting from him, no kind of courtesy whatsoever, after losing lots of cash at the casino the last thing anyone wants is to receive service with an attitude. I also had to explain my simple order several times before he got it right. Funny thing is he was really courteous to next customer after me, but he had a much lighter skin tone than I do. Not saying this guys a racist, but it doesn't make sense to be rude to the dark guy and nice to the white guy. The rest of the staff was really nice though, but I'm still not eating there anymore

Fatburger is AWESOME !! I stop in for the Double XXL, Fries and a Drink everytime I'm working in the area. The staff are Top Notch, really nice people and they're always super fast with your order, making a very high quality burger ?!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Fatburger !!

the customer service is basic . Burgers are really good and juicy when they aren’t over cooked . onion rings are great and full of flavor and the batter isn’t way too thick , they are perfectly crispy and salty. the wings are not at all impressive but, the boneless would kill a craving they are ok . the bone in are nasty as all hell they are definitely baked and dry on the outside and wing sauce so thin it doesn’t stick to the wing because there is not batter to absorb the sauce they would probably be just ok if it was breaded and fried like wings should be , fries aren’t crispy enough and have no flavor . i eat here a few times a month

Amber was the server when I went. Extremely rude and direct to customers when ordering and seemed that all she wanted to do was point at signs. Took longer than expected to place an order. She forgot my drink cup.Really disappointed in the staff and the environment in general. Felt like I was watching a team of sloths working.Will not be returning and do not/will not recommend.

Loved the double cheese with everything on it including Chilli the best burger and fries I had in a long time I'll definitely will be back it's expensive but it's worth it

Had the "XXXL (Triple Kingburger)" tasted good like high quality beef but I couldn't finish it I should have ordered the XXL (Double Kingburger) You better be a real big eater to order the "XXXL (Triple Kingburger)" I would recommend going there

Burgers were burnt and very over seasoned! Very messy too. Husband ordered his with everything no tomato and it came with them on it. Mine was missing the mayo and had so much pickle relish I had to wipe it off. Charged twice for cheese for both burgers so instead of $1.20 each it was $2.40. I can understand the extra charge for ordering onion rings instead of fries but we were charged three times instead of twice. Onion rings were luke warm and hard. Asked for ranch to dip them in charged but no sauce. The guy who took our order was slow both mentally and physically, he only had 1 speed reverse! Had to repeat order 4 times and it was still wrong. I made the comment to my husband he must be stoned because he was so out of it. The tables were dirty as well. And my pet peve is how the unsweet tea is.....old; it had a bad taste. We will not be going here again. Going to try Rock’N Fish Grill, or Unami Warrior. I'm not big on celebrity restaurants as I have only been to 2 that lived up to the hype but I will even go to George Lopez’s Chingon Kitchen over fat burger again. As we go to rolling hills casino at once a month with our drive up and down the 5 fat burger was a huge disappointment! I know The Rock and brew's was good when we ate there so hopefully the other restaurants will be or at least much better than fat burger

Just had dinner, staff has NO idea what they are serving. And how in the world do you run out of ketchup ?
