“I worked for the Forest Service and every summer on our way to fire assignments we would stop there to eat . even stayed in there motel . original bar that was saved from the fire . great place to eat and Stay . I highly recommend stopping here to eat or shop . love there stuffed olives.”

“We are driving north up I-5 and had to stop to charge. I read reviews on this place and they are spot on! What a gem. I don’t usually like mole, but tried it again. “What a wonderful bakery. I went in and tried a few things and had to go back and buy more. The quiche is out of this world. I’ve tried 2 different kinds. The ham in the quiche is perfect. No fat at all. The sticky buns are the best I’ve ever had. So ooey gooey. My favorite pastry I tried was the bacon, green onion, and cheese scones. They are fantastic any time of the day. I ordered more for my freezer. The only bad part about this bakery is that it closes for the summer. I hope she’s open a few more days. I’m going back for more. The owner is so nice and friendly. I sat outside and had a Hawaiian Ice with her. Wonderful bakery.”

After I’d eaten the perfectly poached eggs she insisted on making something else for me and recommended the Concha French Toast. Wow! And more perfect poached eggs.”

“The people that work there are always in great moods. The food is amazing and they are quick to get your food to you while it’s hot. They are always asking how your day was and super friendly. I would definitely recommend them as the best place to get a good coffee and Red Bull and sparkling water with flavors. We love our Corning people they are always making us smile.”

“I ordered the smash burger with everything including bacon and wowza this baddie was HUGE. My picture probably doesn't convey how big this thing was despite taking up half of the go box. And I had no idea it was two patties. They were at least 1/4lb of meat each. It's day 2 and I'm still eating it 🙃 but I won't give up till it's conquered 💪🏾😤 lol. One thing I will say about the burger is that it's subtly sweet. As in, slightly sweet brioche bun, slightly sweet sauce..sauteed onions and the cheese was fried to the bun instead of the patty. There were no pickles or seasoning on the meat so the only savory flavor was the bacon. It was a very greasy-heavy and an overall massive monster of a sandwich but not terrible just unexpected. The fries were great, nicely battered and crispy. We shared a huge slice of cheese pizza and it was very good. Staff was incredibly friendly. Excellent service.”

“We stopped here on the way back to Seattle from SF. It opens early in the morning so we were very lucky to spot this for our breakfast. We had aloo paratha and chai.

If you are looking for a very tasty less maida desi punjabi style paratha, this is the place. The chai was also amazing ( although some people may not like it as it was more milk but we grew up around Rajasthan and Punjab so this felt close to home. )
