I had breakfast at Chata’s Brunchies and it was epic. My wife had biscuits and gravy and the gravy was the best she ever had so rich with flavor and amazing consistency of herbs and spices and not too runny. Potatoes and fries are made just crispy enough! Price is fair for $40 fed 3 people. I had the breakfast sandwich and it was heavenly! Sour dough bread grilled with bacon ham and sausage. I had lunch at Chatas Brunchies yesterday for our companies Christmas Luncheon. The owners and staff are very kind and attentive. I had a cheeseburger, it was 10/10! ? I recommend this place, don't miss out on great food and amazing service! Support your local businesses! ?

This place is adorable! The food was delicious! I had the Concha French Toast, amazing! I wouldn’t have ever thought to make French toast out of conchitas. The employees and owners were extremely friendly and down to earth. If you are ever in Corning pay Chata’s a visit you will not regret it!
