Johnny Boy's Taco Truck is a delicious and authentic Mexican food truck right off Highway 5 in Corning. The food is absolutely amazing, great, and incredible, with lots of yummy dishes. Customers love the asada, al pastor, chicken, lengua, and pastor tacos, which are excellent with fresh toppings. The quesabirria is a personal favorite for some. The burritos, including the carnitas and pork burrito supreme, are delicious, pretty large, and slightly spicy. Many enjoy the nice wet burrito and torta ahogada.
The truck offers a very nice and comfy place to eat, with an awning, string lights, and misters that provide a pleasant and credible street-side taco feel, even on a hot day. The small place is clean. There are four different salsas to choose from, along with extras like pickled carrots. The staff is loved and makes people feel welcomed. While the food is not always spicy enough for some, it is made with time and love and is not too pricey. Many customers are regulars who always leave satisfied and consider it their go-to spot.
