As of December 12/21/24, the regular fries have a strong, acidic chemical lime flavor that stays in the mouth for many hours afterward. It was reported to an employee who didn't take the safety concern seriously. It has been reported to the FDA, suggesting that the fries be tested for undisclosed ingredients.

Being my first visit to this fast food restaurant I had a good experience. I ordered a salad and I liked it. The potatoes were a bit salty.

Just swung by Jack in the Box for some dinner. The burger combo and chicken sandwich were delish! Found the best burger of my USA trip so far, and I'm ready for more foodie adventures! ??? #

No time to complaint or share person opinion because who would have time to listen but anyway... The drive thru lady took my drive through order wrong then have to drive back around walk into the lobby to recheck my order but all the employees just simply ignored me for straight 10 minutes. To make things harder, I don't think any of the employees understand English well...

Chris at Jack in The box, 3098 I think it is. He was very friendly, considerate of my feelings. And even sparked up a conversation as I was standing there.. I really like the fact that he said I'll be right with you. The restaurant is neat and clean and it seems like his crew members get along great. I am from Oregon to stop in for a bite to eat tacos are nice and fresh thank you

Probably the best and most reliable Jack in the Box I have visited. The food prep has always seemed above my expectations and the service is conscientious. The facilities are kept clean. And it's very convenient to I5 after gassing up at Petro.
