Got super spicy chicken 10 minutes or more after we placed our order, didn't realize this after we were back on the road, I couldn't eat it. It wasn't very fast and we ended up using the kiosk

Worst place to decide to grab food in Corning . I was in line for the drive thru for at least 40 minutes and I’m not even kidding . Food quality was trash . Threw my food in the bag and very unfriendly people . Never coming to this place again .

Not your typical Jacks Place, definitely more truck stop feeling. Not a ton of traffic when we stopped. Food was on par with others, but the store was just on the dirty side. Like maybe a tour bus came through before we came in and worked the place over...hard. The restrooms were rough and lacking paper products and the trash was full, and it was only 12:45 pm.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a freaking Jack in the Box but this is just ridiculous. We’ve been in the drive thru line for 30 MINUTES WAITING TO ORDER FOOD. There are only two people ahead of us and 3 people inside. HURRY UP

I have never heard an employee tell a drive thru customer , are you ready to be civilazied now?? Seriously??
Jack in the box employee who can’t understand or hear orders for meals at the drive thru window!!!
If your employee can’t get it right, how do you think the customer feels trying to place their order!!!!
We have waited 15 mins just to place the order, now we’re at the window still waiting!!!
Just drove away, tired of waiting , who knows what they did with our order!!!
McDonald’s here we come.

Ok, update - 05/26/25 this is just unacceptable, I know you were busy but at least try to do a decent job, what I mean is, if it takes 25 minutes to fill out an order and you do it wrong or sloppy, I just won't be coming back after this

Told to go around to the front and wait so there timer doesn’t show that they took 15 minutes to bring out the food only because we drove around the drive thru again 30$ breakfast and it was ice cold . This place is getting worse every time I go there mgmt does not care at all .
