My wife and I grabbed dinner from here tonight. I asked for avocado on my wife’s asada burrito. Not only did they forget the avocado but her burrito didn’t even have very much meat; it was mostly rice. The burrito wasn’t warm and the cheese didn’t even melt. The lady didn’t give us the salsa on the side that I requested either. My al pastor burrito was good. It had a lot of flavor and a decent amount of meat. We ordered the same type of burritos (just different meat) and mine was twice as big as hers. If they were running low on carne asada, I wish they would have mentioned it. I would have gladly selected a different meat for my wife. Oh well, I guess we’ll try a different taco truck next time.

We stopped here on a road trip and it was delicious! We tried the asada, al pastor, chicken & lengua. All were excellent with fresh toppings & 4 different salsas to choose from. 10/10 Would definitely stop by on our way home if the timing works out.

Ive been looking for a truck as good as El Tacos de Oro in Alviso since I moved from that area 14 years ago and Johnny’s totally delivers. I had the pastor tacos and they were incredible. The pickled carrots made it. The awning made the hot day pleasant and we noticed string lights and misters offering an embellished but credible street side taco feel. These guys are right off hwy 5. Check ‘em out!

I absolutely love the staff and the food is absolutely amazing! I always feel welcomed and always leave satisfied! My personal favorite is the quesabirria, but they have lots of yummy dishes!
The wet burrito is fire. Crunchy tacos rip but you have to eat them right when you get them or the get soggy

I respect the time and love you put in your food. I have been coming here for almost a year. I drive trucks. I CAN TELL YOU 1 THING ABOUT THIS. COME GET SOME. Not to pricey food is great. If you are anything like me I will wait for what ever come out of that 🚚 this is CALI. The heat and cooking in a small but clean Place say a lot. I dont care about the grumpy ness. As long as the food come out with the taste of love. Sign me up. I'm a black guy who loves food and take into consideration of who is cooking it and what they are going threw. SO LIKE ALWAYS THANK'S JOHNNY BOY'S. SEE YOU NEXT WEEK. El NEGRO IZZY. Any place you go to and you change the recipe with taking away. I would forget to. But when you ask for something extra. You might get what you are looking for. Sorry so long. But the only thing I can say wrong is its not spicy enough.

we come all the way from redding to visit corning and we always stop by here to have a nice wet burrito and torta ahogada, we love it here!! and this is a very nice and comfy place to eat very authentic mexican food.
