Half the time the food is really good and the other really really bad try to go when they first open or when they are switching over to lunch from breakfast late afternoon and dinner are terrible

Filthy at noon on a Sunday. Urine all over the men's floor. A legit puddle, shoe prints from said puddle lead from bathroom to counter and the door to go into kitchen. So you know they know it's an issue. Several tables were stained with drink rings Several receipts litter the floor , that isn't swept or mopped. Even the counter to pick up the order was dirty with spilled soda
If that the state of the custom facing parts, what's the rest gonna look like?

Easy off and on from interstate 5. Food was just prepared so very warm and fresh. Workers were friendly.

Super appreciative of the manager! not sure what his name was, but I did a mobile order and was told at the window. That I wouldn’t be able to get a McFlurry. And it was about 20 mins to closing but they still got it out to me! Made my night :)

What are all these negative reviews on about? It’s McDs! You get the same tasting food from coast to coast. If you don’t like something (other than something about an employee - about which you talk to the manager or call the phone number on your receipt, not crap on in reviews) then go somewhere else.
This is the second time in a row (months apart) where the fries just aren't salty! I don't need them overly so, but at least a little like they used to be.

Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. The burgers were cold. Hardly any mustard and ketchup on them. The fries tasted very strange. Drive thru girl was snotty.
It took them an hour to make two hamburgers.
Always slow. Very slow. 15-20 mins usual
