Looked and felt like I stepped into a third world country. All the doors were locked. The restroom was dirty. Dryer didn't work. Took a while, for someone take our the order as the kiosk was not working. Then they delivered it to the wrong window. Never again at this location.

Fountain Drink machine not dispensing top brand flavors. Luv the food, particularly the fry's. Just wish they would actually fill up the french fry container. I always leave feeling like I paid for a large, but got a medium. Despite this I still keep coming back.

I got a filet of fish, the cheese and sauce was half on the bun. That was easily solved by me remaking my sandwich. But the worst was, I was the only person in there, and there wasn't a single table clean.

I have never dealt with such rude workers at drive thru in my life. I will never come back here. Best way to stop eating McDonald's just come to this location. Worst customer service and I never leave reviews let alone bad ones.

This is consistently the worst McDonald's I frequent, and I ONLY frequent it due to the fact it is the closest to my home. I only eat breakfast from McDonald's, sausage egg and cheese, Mc-muffin, and hash browns with milk. Consistently, they take way longer to get the food, and the English muffins aren't toasted properly or fresh. Sometimes, they aren't even made correctly with the cheese and egg together with the muffins. Then there are the constant waits. One time, I literally was STUCK in the drive-through for close to 20 minutes, and once I got to pay the window, the manager was not only un apologetic, they weren't even willing to comp a single thing from my order for obviously not living up to the standards that we are used to. I now very rarely go here, only when I have the patience, and am absolutely starving for a cure to my hangover. Other than that, I wait till I'm usually in willows. These guys know how to make a Mc-muffin.

Restrooms closed and locked for your convenience. Homeless wandering parking lot. Customer has to wait in line to get access to restrooms, somehow. Ending up across street at Loves to use a restroom. Egg sausage Mc muffin $5.56 each but also 2 for 6$ but they did not bother to tell me. My visit 3/13/25. This Mcd will not survive. I will never go back.

Touch screens dirty greasy kept buffering took forever to place a order after finally placing order food took more then 15 minutes and was cold i was already in the car by then. And when I asked the girl to just take my order from the register and her Touch screen she said no we don't do that anymore with attitude. They care more about getting the food fast and hot for the customers at the drive through. I wish there was a drive through for semi trucks 18 wheelers but no that's why I had to waist 25 minutes inside a McDonald's just for a cold big mack unbelievable

Took 40 minutes to get a happy meal and a big mac. All for it to be cold, and unsalted fries.
Personally, if you can't do your job at a fast food place, you'll never make it anywhere else. Have some pride and passion in what you do. And you'll get out of those places.. absolutely pathetic. Do better.
