This was our third visit to this restaurant. We were aware that there were events going on, but that shouldn't have been an excuse for our experience. We checked in 10 minutes early, at 6:50, and were seated immediately. Our server arrived at our table 20 minutes later, and we had waited so long that the the hostess had to go and notify the server that she had a table. When we found out who she was, she had walked by us on two different occasions helping other customers, but we were not acknowledged at all. Other customers were seated after us, and had gotten service and food way before we had even ordered. Another server, Lacey, helped by taking our food orders. Nataly finally stopped by and took our drink order, but it took 15 minutes for my husband to get his Diet Pepsi. Although the food was good and hot once received, at 7:45 pm, almost an hour after we were seated, our experience was ruined because we wanted to play in the casino some more, but decided to go home. We tipped okay, knowing that some of this failure was not that of the server, but of the management. Customers who had tickets to the comedy show needed to get this bills paid, so we watched and waited. Just completely invisible, my husband and I. Of course we were were told that there was a comedy show and a brew fest, and I knew that, having checked the events calendar before we had arrived, but those events should not deter customers from a good eating experience. When the server tells you it would take 45 minutes to get a burger, then there is a problem in the kitchen somewhere. Our previous experiences identified short staff, causing slow service. Something is broken here, and we will not eat here again. When you have already visited Fatburger and spent $40 for fast food, remembering your so-so experience at the steakhouse, what other choices are out there? Good dining options are slim up in the corridor between this location and Redding, but customer service is key
My only complaint is that when I ask for a table by the brewery windows of the restaurant, my request is ignored almost every time. They act like they never saw my request, It is quieter over there, and that is why I like it.
Best hamburgers and Lacey is an amazing waitress for larger groups, we absolutely love her.
Sarah is always the best server. Food is ok but very greay in most dishes. Could fo without the green stuff in the pasta. Desserts are always the same. Need to put more variety of pudding and not always tapioca. Food is way better fresh.
Laci was the BEST today for our lunch! Super kind, attentive, and friendly! We will be back to see her again!

I love the microbrews, particularly the hazy beers brewed onsite. The Alice Cooper hamburger is the best!
Food was mediocre! Would have liked more choices for what they charge. I was a little disappointed. I was told Sundays are the best day to come. Service was good. Desserts are lacking!
My wife and I had a blast at Rock and Brew. A DJ mixed dance music pop iconic stuff while we played video keno and video poker at the bar. We ordered steak tacos that were terrific and had a couple of cocktails. It was so good that we went back for the brunch buffet the next day. With Prime Rib, fresh as you like omelettes made in front of you. Nothing was missing from this buffet. At $40 a plate with the best service from the same bartender the night before. Great guy! I hope this honest review helps.

With having a reservation, we were seated right away. It was their Sunday Brunch so we were able to quickly get our food. Great waitress, very attentive.
I wish I could put 0 across the board
First of all the hostess told me I couldnât order something to go and to ask the bar then the bar ignored with multiple ppl walking by making eye contact and everything then I go back to the hostess to try n sit down sheâs like âoh Iâll just tell them to put your order inâ like why didnât u do that in the first place???

When I googled there was nothing telling me this was at the back of a smoke filled casino
The energy was a nice chill environment. The sound of the live music went very well with the surrounding. Service was great, the waitress seemed like she didn't want to get us refills on our drinks, but other than that everyone working had a smile and was friendly.
While our server provided exceptional service and demonstrated remarkable effort, it was apparent that their workload was excessive, leading to a consistently hurried pace. Regrettably, the culinary experience was unsatisfactory. The Gastropub burger, featuring caramelized onions, presented an overly sweet flavor profile, due to being caramelized with actual SUGAR, that permeated the entire dish, and the patty quality was comparable to a commercially frozen product. Similarly, my companion's fish and chips suffered from an excessively sweet batter and tartar sauce. Given the $80 expenditure, we will not be returning to this establishment.
The food is excellent with many choices of meats, including prime rib, ribs, chicken and various breakfast meats. Also, made to order omelets, various salads, Mexican dishes, a variety of fruits and desserts to name some of the choices. The hostesses and waitress are friendly and helpful.
The food is mediocre at best but the atmosphere is very cool, if youâre a music lover! Huge screen and loads of smaller screens, playing music videos.
Our server was fabulous. Super friendly and on the ball with everything.
We started with cheese curds, shared a pizza and split a burger. I thought the fries and ranch dressing were the most tasty. I did have a yummy espresso martini and the next time weâre in the area weâll definitely stop in for a couple of cocktails and tunes!
