I’m a trucker and I travel 3 states every week. I stop at multiple subways and get the same thing most of the time. 6 inch sandwich, 2 scoops of meat on the side with some cheese and a large drink. Every other subway charges me for the 6 inch sandwich and double meat and the large drink which roughly comes down to $16 give or take. I don’t know if it’s lack of their training or what but they are charging me as 12 inch sub for the double meat when I am not purchasing any bread, veggies, or condiments. I hope someone would read my review and help these employees charge customers appropriately. And yes like some of the other comments say this staff is kind of extreme towards some customers, speaking from a experience. They make fun of foreigners for having accents. I’ve encounter the whole staff laughing at the guy in front of me having trouble with pronunciations and they stood there laughing at the guy instead trying to make out what he’s saying. He bought like $30 worth of stuff. Little do they know that guy probably makes more than all their staff put together. The word “professional” does not exist here. I hope someone does something with this staff. I will no longer give you my business. Hopefully you guys shut down or get replaced with better staff ??

Absolutely wonderful service by employee name Vidahlia. She made our sandwich just the way we have requested. Great smile and outstanding customer service. True example of team work here. Fresh ingredients and fresh bread. Thank you so much everyone.

Sandwiches were good, understandably out of a few ingredients. One of the employees was frustrated and not quiet about it. He was borderline yelling at customers and was rambling to himself about how people kept getting in line to order. Would not recommend.

Very poor service, unprofessional and disrespectful personal. Been there around 9pm and they were almost out of bread, I been told that they have the last 6’’ rosemary and sea salt bread to which I agreed and waited in line, I WAS THE SECOND IN LINE, there were nobody else that would get that last piece of bread in front of me. After serving the person in front of me they’re telling me they’re out of bread already. I have to mention IT WAS THE SAME PERSON THAT TOLD ME THEY HAD LAST PIECE OF BREAD 5 minutes before for what I waited in line. Avoid this not HOLE, not worth stopping for.

Stopped on our road trip back home. They were out if everything. Got bread w a sprinkle of lettuce on it. The girl also seemed annoyed with my questions if they had anything in the back. Was still charged full price for bread and lettuce:/
